Encik Azzaddin has over 21 years of finance experience with the Shell Group of Companies, where he had driven financial leadership and provided direct business support across all entities of Shell. He then joined Cyberview Sdn. Bhd. as the Head of Corporate Finance and had led numerous corporate exercises such as merger and acquisition, divestment, loan restructuring and initial public offering/bond implementation plan. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of ICON Offshore Berhad.

His main areas of responsibilities in Sapura Resources Berhad include overseeing the financial management, accounts and reporting, treasury operations, taxation, corporate finance and M&A activities and risk management.
