Dato' Nik is the Executive Chairman of FACB Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, since September 1993. Dato' Nik worked for a period of 14 years (1973 - 1987) in 3M Corporation, a US-based company dealing in electronics, electrical and telecommunication products, in the areas of marketing, manufacturing and management. He served as director of 3M Corporation from 1983 to 1987, being the first Malaysian appointed to its Board. He was also a director of TV3 from 1987 to 1991. Dato' Nik currently serves on the Board of Trustee of Yayasan Pemadam and Tebrau Teguh Berhad.
