Working Experience
After Mr. Liao Shen Yao ("Mr. Liao") serving his national service, Mr. Liao joined White Horse Ceramic Taiwan in 1982. He holds more than 30 years of experience in managing various departments such as research and development, manufacturing, purchasing, human resources etc.
In year 2000, he was appointed as the Manufacturing Director of Vietnam plant in charge of the manufacturing, purchasing and human resources departments. Over the years, he has gained vast knowledge and expertise in ceramic tiles manufacturing, raw materials management and machinery handling.

Mr. Liao Shen Yao is a brother to Mr. Liao Shen Hua, a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Liao Shen Yao is a nephew to Mr. Liao Yuan Shun, the Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company.
