Mr Low Kok Yaow (“Low KY”) joined Harn Len Corporation Bhd (“Harn Len”) as a Business Development Manager on 1 August 2011 and was promoted to Head of Business Development on 14 February 2014. Currently, Mr Low KY assists in managing Harn Len’s operations in Pahang, namely, Lian Hup Palm Oil Mill, Lian Hup Estate and Senang Estate. He also oversees the financing requirements for Harn Len Group as well as the development of new areas of the Group in Sarawak.

Mr Low KY is son of Tan Sri Dato Low Nam Hui and Puan Sri Datin Chan Pui Leorn and brother of Mr Low Quek Kiong, Mr Low Kueck Shin, Mr Low Kwek Lee, Mr Low Kuek Kong and Low Kok Yong who are all directors and major shareholders of the Company. He is also the sibling of Mr Low Kuit Son and Ms Low Siew Eng, who are major shareholders of the Company.

Shareholdings in Harn Len : - Indirect interest: 125,226,608 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each

He is deemed interested in related party transactions carried out in the ordinary course of business between the listed issuer and his family-owned companies as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature dated 27 May 2014.
