Working Experience
Ms. Ding Soo King started her career as Finance Officer and was promoted to Financial Controller of DKLS Group after the Company was listed in Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. She acted as Corporate Advisor to DKLS Group prior to her appointment to the Board.
Ms. Ding Soo King has more than 30 years experience in Financial Management and has extensive exposure in various industries ranging from construction, quarry, property development and international trade.
Family Relationship
Ms. Ding Soo King is the spouse of Ir. Sam Tuck Wah and the sister of Mr. Ding Poi Bor and Dato' Ding Pei Chai, who are the Executive Director, Managing Director and Chairman of DKLS Industries Berhad respectively. Ir. Sam Tuck Wah, Mr. Ding Poi Bor and Dato' Ding Pei Chai are also substantial shareholders of DKLS Industries Berhad.
