He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Chartered Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia and a Certified Internal Auditor. He also holds a Diploma in Financial Accounting from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur.

Mr Choo Seng Choon has over 25 years of professional and commercial experience in multi-discipline that includes internal audit, risk and financial management, performance & business management, IPOs, taxation, due diligence, corporate finance, business process re-engineering, investigations, corporate governance and financial audits.
He has previously served as an adviser in the office of a public listed company and is currently a director of several public listed and private companies in executive and non-executive capacity.
He currently owns and manages his own corporate advisory firm that specialises in the provision of business advisory, risk management and internal audit services to a wide range of public listed, multi-national and private companies operating in Malaysia and other Asia Pacific Regions.
