Mr Soh Chin Teck had more than 13 years experience and held various senior positions in member firms of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited in Singapore, Sydney and Kuala Lumpur. He was a former Executive Director and General Manager of CSR Building Materials (M) Sdn Bhd, and is currently the Business Director and a member of the Board of Rockwool Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Mr Soh was an independent non-executive director of Transmile Group Berhad from 2007 to 2008.
