Lindayani binti Tajudin ("Lindayani) started her career in 1995 at Tenaga Nasional Berhad with the last position held as the Section Head (Commercial) of Energy Procurement Division, where she was involved in negotiations and assessments of major power purchase agreements with independent power producers. In 2005, Lindayani moved on to serve Malakoff Corporation Berhad until 2018 and later becoming the Head/Vice President, Corporate Finance & Strategy division to lead multiple fundraising activities, mergers and acquisition exercises and in the formulation and review of business plans and growth strategies. Lindayani then joined Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad to spearhead its international pillar and managing international investments. Immediately prior to this appointment, Lindayani was the Group Chief Strategy Officer of SP Setia Berhad, leading the functions of strategy and business development, sustainability/Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), investor relations, transformation as well strategic communications and branding since her joining the company in 2020. She was instrumental to the ESG agenda and the green initiatives of the Group, including the initiation of the net zero roadmap while ensuring the alignment of the company's targets to stakeholders' expectations and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Lindayani possesses extensive experience in the area of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and communications, business development and risk management. She also has a good number of years leading functional teams on various international projects in Southeast Asia, Middle East and Australia.
Lindayani graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom with Bachelor of Science (Economics) (Hons) - Accounting & Finance. She is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
