Mr Arunasalam has more than 37 years of financial experience including accountancy, internal and external auditing, taxation and banking.
He joined Deloitte Kassim Chan Kuala Lumpur in 1986 as trainee accountant.
In 1992, he left the accounting firm to join AMMB Holdings Berhad as head of Group Finance, where he served for 21 years before leaving the bank in 2013.
In mid 2014, Mr Arunasalam joined an accounting firm, Ahamad Naina Mydin & Associates, as Principal, where he is responsible for overseeing the audit, accounting, tax and secretarial services.
