She started her career with one of the then Big 5 international accounting firms and was a partner in one of the top 10 international accounting firms before she founded E H Soh & Partners in 2015.
As a qualified accountant by profession, she carries with her more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance, corporate and financial advisory services to public listed corporations, multi-nationals and private companies. She gained enormous experience in IPO and merger & acquisitions, actively involved in corporate exercise, due diligence review, share valuation exercise etc. for companies in ASEAN, Greater China and even Europe.
She also has experience in dealing with social enterprises, companies limited by guarantees, NGOs, foundations etc. such as WWF, BAKTI, NAWEM, Persatuan Kebajikan Good Shepherd, Yayasan Innovasi Malaysia etc.
She has also been actively involved as trainer/facilitator for trainings and seminars organized by accounting bodies such as MIA, MICPA, ICAANZ, other institutions such as SME Corp, Chinese Chambers and some private corporations.
