Ms. Sarah has approximately 21 years of experience in corporate finance. She has vast experience in transactions involving equity issuance (Initial Public Offerings and secondary market), mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate valuation. She began her career in PriceWaterhouseCoopers and subsequently ventured into investment banking industry and has held various positions in Malaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad, AmInvestment Bank Berhad, Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad (now known as Maybank Investment Bank Berhad) as well as RHB Investment Bank Berhad. Ms. Sarah is
the Executive Director of 3p Capital Advisers Sdn Bhd, a company licensed with the Securities Commission Malaysia and currently, the Non-Independent Non- Executive Director of KPower Berhad (formerly known as Kumpulan Powernet Berhad).
