Anyone knows what happens to the 2014 revenue when its restated in 2015 AR?

Does anyone notice besides the founder, the rest of director holds almost 0 shares.
Director remuneration also show two figure, one is rm6.6MM, another one shows rm21.4MM, which one should i refer to?
And how come their margin so low? even in restaurant division....

anyone went through their AR. it seems the bauxite mining is done via joint venture with WZ Satu, but i don't quite understand the deal, my interpretation is
TM will pay WZ rm80million for 36 month work, with the condition of minimum 5000mt to be mined/month. and TM will only get usd13.75 per mt?
Anyone can clarify on this deal?

Any investors attended their AGM to question their director remuneration of 3.9MM over a PAT of 12MM? its not just one year, previous few years also pay out around 30%....

I thought contract renewal will be finalized few months before the current contract term end, not the last day.
dunno if i'm wrong, from their report the net profit generated from government contract under FACILITY, the profit margin is very low, from ENVIRONMENT sector the margin is more lucrative.

when will they know if the contract will get renewed?
if there's so much cash, why don't distribute as dividend since ROE so low?

From their AR2015, it shows there's sudden increase of gold inventories amounted 9MM.

Anyone calculated the real value of all the lands the company owns? many of them are on 30 years lease though....
