asking more money from right issue if compare with last right issue announcement,this is good to the company cuz can reduce more debt n loan interest ,shorterm no good to small investors cuz need to come out more money,but long term is good,company financial more healthy.

when somebody buying in so high volume,why the company never made any announcment who was the buyer ? We as a small investors have the right to know right ?

for small invester like me,i submitted income tax yearly and are able to claim back the 25% of tax which paid by the company to LHDN,thus for 2012 i obtained all the RM650,but for year 2013,only RM535,so that's why i said maybank paid lesser dividend.
