FORMULAIC APPROACH
The intelligent investor uses a formulaic approach to determine whether stock
- prices have risen too high and he should sell, or
- prices have dropped significantly, and he should buy.
Or, in other words, if he should alter the allocation of stocks to bonds in his portfolio (as per the tactical asset allocation policy that Graham discusses in previous chapters).
REBALANCING APPROACH
The ideal approach is the rebalancing approach discussed in previous chapters (varying from 50-50 allocation to up to 75-25, and reviewing at set intervals throughout the year).

Why is this company still surviving?
It was able to raise cash injections regularly through SIS and private placement. But be wary, not able to raise cash from others, always seem to be only from its employees and Fintec/Asiabio. Ask yourself whose money are these cash from? (Answer: OPM). The management has very little shares in the company.

Did calvin highlight that NetX is cash rich?
Yet, it is asking for more cash from its employees and owners.
Why???????????????????????????????
Red flag.
[But, truly, this company is gruesome. It has no revenue but huge operating expenses. It is running huge losses and has negative free cash flow. It is insolvent by any measure, except, it has some cash still to burn. But at the rate it is burning cash, the existing cash can last a year or a year and a half. Therefore, not surprisingly, it has to be kept solvent (alive) through new cash injections. Why are others not buying their pp? It is always Asiabio/Fintec, and the money they pumped into the company is not even the owners, these are money (OPM) raised by these companies through issuing more shares of the mentioned companies.]

Calvintaneng is a fraud plain and simple. His strategy is similar to many penny stock pushers, promote as many stocks as possible, choose those that went up and promote further, discards those that didn't do well and hide it as far in as possible.

He has promoted 40 stocks last year with glowing buy calls. Out of those 40 stocks, 14 stocks are green. He then uses those that went up to say he is brilliant and incredible. He collects WhatsApp members and tries to buy more penny stocks to push up and deletes opposing opinions in his NETX thread.
