shares price hike due to speculation that ecrl track will increase the land valuation..hemm..these people think railway track like highway ker?? where u can easily built junction and train can stop to take passenger??..even if ecrl pass through your estate, nothing much to gain coz it will not stop until it reach terminal, which most likely in the town area.
