Ooi Teik Bee I remember my calculation that the Crack Spread for Q1 2017 is around USD 5.92, EPS for Q1 2017 is 0.93. Assume the Crack Spread for Q3 2017 is USD 9.00 which is 50% better than Q1 2017, the forecasted EPS should be around 1.00 to 1.50 range. It is so high that I cannot believe it.
It is also confirmed that there will not be any shutdown in Q3 and Q4 2017 respectively.

Please tell me any stock in Bursa has this type of forecasted EPS in Q3 and Q4 2017 respectively.

What if Q3 is loss QR like past few years? So ASB making right decision?

ignissimia At the rate the ASB is disposing HY shares currently at present price levels, it will take another 92 trading days or around 19 weeks or 4 + months to complete a full disposal of their HY holding, ie taking it into February next year.

The 3Q17 earnings report may screw their heads back in their proper places next month and convert them into buyers. If not, they may continue to sulk at this poor performing and fruitless 5 year investment of theirs and throw their shares to us at bargain prices. That we should consider as our good fortune.

Theoretically, OR should would $0.91-$0.79 = $0.12. I suspect the OR will reach $0.05. It's just my view.
