Why Sunway PR?
1. 5.25% dividend based on RM1. If you able to buy PR at RM0.08, top up RM1, you will get preference share. The dividend yield is around 4.8%. This is a fixed figure as committed by Sunway Management for 5 years.
2. You can exchange preference share into Sunway Share at forth or fifth year. After 5 years, the right will be auto converted to Sunway Share. Means you are buying Sunway at discounted price, which is RM1.08.

Am just look at its fundamental point of view. In term of share price, really hard to predict. So far, hard to see it up although with good dividend and stable business.

Is it a good time to buy LR now (below 2 sen) to own MFlour? Assuming I buy 1000 shares of LR at 1.5sen, is it I need to pay RM1000 and I will get 1000 Shares of LA, 500 shares of MFlour and 500 shares of MFlour Warrant? After 5 years, if I still holding the LA, I can convert the 1000 shares of LA into 2000 shares of shares. If that is the case, actually this is a good deal, am I right?

I never been any asset held by KIPREIT. Is it good, any feedback from people in Johor or other places who visit the assets held by KIPREIT. Luckily the price is quite stable after the good quarter result recently.

REIT is not about invest short term or long term. What is more important is its assets and management. If the assets are good, the rental will go up soon or later. Take IGBREIT for example, the rental is increase over the time. But not every REIT perform in that direction, some of the REITS are exactly opposite because their assets no longer attractive. CMMT is one of the example. Luckily CMMT still has Gurney Plaza to support. Else, its SUNGAI WANG or TROPICANA will be putting CMMT in difficult situation. YTLREIT is a stable REIT that offer reasonable yield but I don't expect the price will go up fast. But for dividend play, it is a very safe bet over the time. If you are interested in Singapore REIT, you can have a look in SABANA REIT, if you hold long term, all your hard earn money gone because of the poor management!

I don't think L&G will pay high dividend this year. 2 sen last year considered as special dividend. Don't put high hope in it.

@Ivanforbay, the direct interest of both Chew and Ong actually have increased to more than 6%. If both of them are holding 6% plus, actually they already own around 13% shares, plus 34% from their indirect shares, is around 47%. For me, the direct shareholding is more important as this is their hard earn money. Indirect shareholding is still own by their company. I think 85sen and below is definately a good buy.

Therefore, I have jumped in to buy the OR. RM0.21 plus 2 cents, cost is RM0,23, you get back 2 sen dividend. Our investment is RM0.21 and is backed by its cash 100%. L&G itself has RM470 mil. Even with the dividend of 2 cents, the company is still cash rich!, with more than 400 mil cash.

@serendipity89, I believe should be Sunway PA. The first preference share for Sunway, R is stand for right issue. Now no more right, so it will not called as Sunway PR anymore.
