I think this is considered good news, due to the disposal of their shares via a DBT(means there is a buyer) instead at the open market.
Also after disposal of their shares, the share price did not drop but it went up.
The way i see it is the Boss disposed the shares to their cronies.and then when they are transferred to the main board only they take profit together.

Just my 2 sens and longkang view.
