Dragon328….the pertinentvissue is the management of mcement need to address the free float of the company’s shares as the shares ate still tightly held ny the major shareholders…foreign fund not so fond of company thatbis deemed illiquid in terms of number of shares on the market. I agreed with you they shld do a provate placement. Again may be ytl may not be so keen to share the gem. Until then the share price will be volatile as a few lots will move 10-20 sen. Based on current earnings and the PE of 15x the curent price seems like its already cloaed to its 15x of RM5.25. However, of we add in cash per share basis that will bring its valuation to over RM7/share. Its a decision to wait or cash out ard 5 or wait til 7…tough choice when greeds overtake. 😅. Dragon328……from what i gather that banks be it local or foreign and joining the fray in issuing more call warrants is seen as a reminiscent of the glove fevers few years back when topglove and supermax started their rally from 5.50 and 1.80 respectively to reach the height of RM30 for topglove and RM23 for supermax.

I m not comparing ytlp to the glove fevers. I m just saying i m seeing the same trend that when institutions sees the potential price rise, more will rush to issue call warrants with the conversion proce higher than the current quoted mother share price..
