@NEWBIE138 You are right, this company almost every 1 or 2 weeks issue ESOS.

When they buy from the market with higher price, the directors will sell their ESOS to make profit. Buying using company's fund but selling ESOS go into directors' own account.

Very smart way for the directors to make recurring income every months for the rest of their lives! No need to work also got huge income every month.
