Paktua73, totally understand your stand as well as a swing trader ...my portfolio is open to any options of good profits but old fashion me always look at the background history of the company before investing, usually opt for long term with great emphasize on ESG. One who value their employees will value their shareholders, one of harta attraction for my investment.

How bout banking sector, nobody here seems to recommend banking sector, only plantation and tech..

Paktua73...thank you for the recommendation on tech and plantation stock, will definitely look into it for my share portfolio ....investment fallacy no 3...sentimental investment stand on shareholding....besides fundamental, a little bit of sentimental feeling over my long holding of harta shares...harta just too good to resist holding on with all the plus point, besides getting return, my investment is put into good use of contributing to the country, society/community, job securities for the younger generation...win win for all....too anak malaysia here ...lol....that is why only a small potato investor in the share market, not big money makers like most of you all out there....probably will need to brace for the downside now

@matklse...haiyah what can we do...how EPF manouvering the fund is beyond our right to comment, it is the government-EPF afterall...just crossed our finger and hope there is no Madoff in the EPF....definitely scary outcome as it is our old age saving

All contributing to the country, we are all anak Malaysia staying in Malaysia with our new generations working in these Companies, not just the old......there is really no win for all with the ongoing now. Quirkyways, 100% totally fully agreed. Rolling and rolling, among the top 4 not just harta, to the stage that one wonder what is happening here? Besides the co, we shareholders get whacked left right top bottom too by the no and in words by the other non shareholders...karma cocky disillusion tgrambutan holland bankrupt, short of go harakiri with the holding.... lol...dearly me. It is good company, sort of pioneer of the gloves maker. Nobody know the bottom or the possibilty of hiking up, we are no demigod afterall....lol. Next course of action will be up to the Company, to all the intelligent investors out there. Survival of the fittest....like the kuans said 30 over years head on facing the up and down in the business, doubt the shock and disappointment with the owner but not taking/making the right decisions in the coming days will be definitely shocking with great disappointment among the shareholders.

kk7198...true, kossan is definitely another good option among the four. Good financial standing with management as good as harta.

kk7198...just dont know bout this sbb ....cash in hand is very much needed to shield all the ongoing incoming bullets, to strengthen the Company via innovation automation expansion facing the tense market competition out there. Ironic...dividends from EPF and glove makers with EPF seems like the biggest nemesis now with the most bullets. A win for one and big losses to the other with collateral damage, the shareholders. This time physical meeting. Definitely, Quirkyway. Probably more or less all bout the resolutions in the meeting as basically all has been covered in the Chairman lengthy note in the Annual Report, which is self explanatory on the ongoing of the Company.

Guys anyone goin for the Sept 1st. meeting, usually i have my own day1 suffering kaki shares/kaki travel there sembang2/yumcha after the meeting, probably this time each of us will need to bawa bendera putih with capital words SUFFER to the meeting, asking Mr Kuan if we can get some priority in our queue no at Yayasan Hartalega, lol
