Yes it's lower PBt ... depends in the persepective if you want to see quarter to quarter..normally we have to see previous year same Q or cumulative quarter current year to last year . If always want to compare between quarter there will be a lot of blockage to analysis a company. I do agree that between quarter should be a rise but depends on the business they are into it ..: the lead time of manufacturing to time to market.

Malton is different case, don't know who write that article put MALton and WCT as contender for bandar malaysi project... Really no basis since beginning, IWC have interest in Bandar malaysia and they really want the project back. They claim have enough resource for the project. The interest is there and not speculative like Malton or others... Undeniable there is a chance IWC might not get the contract back, but now its seems they might be considered and at least get smaller piece of pie. The surge is happening due to these foundations.

130 million is 335% up from 1st 2016 ... the contribution by 100% fully owned Petron Corp in 1Q2016 is roughly 13 million ... even if you double it it's 26 million ... so current contribution of 130 mil - 26 million = 104 million .. EPS 104/ 270 = 0.385 cents and this is gen worse case scenarios.....

My take it's going to be above 40 cents surely ..
