Story after coming 18 months.....
1. Factory burned down again and without insurance coverage.
2. Bookkeeping destroyed as a result of fire.
3. Auditor unable to form any opinions as they are unable to conduct audit without documents and unable to certify bank account transactions and the remaining minimum balance.
4. Investigation is unable to be conducted as no records was available for investigation.

Past worst experience of a local company.... became insolvent immediately after received dividend just a few months, company did not disclose loan due. Eventually NTA from close to 1 dropped to zero. CEO just fined very little. Good luck, never support company without credibility especially if it is known even though may make some $.

@pakatan harapan... when Tune is around 1.50 to 2, it was mainly driven by potential profit which it did deliver subsequently as I mentioned. I will wait till ex date and observe the conditions then. I bought above 1.40 but exited at about the same price immediately it announced Q1 poor results but incurred opportunity cost for a few months. Liberalisation of motor ins premium is challenging and higher claims revealed its poor customers base and needs to strengthen its claims controls, some insurers may have similar issues too.
Stock price peaked in 2014 to above 2 in anticipation of good profit in coming years which it did deliver in the recent two years. It may take sometimes to find the new supporting level as some may just hold it for high dividend till ex date. Will wait for the smart analysts to publish their latest views after the disclosure of poorer results.

They are quite diversified but that is what they are good in, but not in delivering. Price, if up, is because of speculation instead of a sustainable earnings growth and generous profit distribution. Anyway, good luck and wish I am wrong.

If we follow analysts advice, eg MIDF, 23 May TP 2.18; 14 July adjusted sharply lower to TP 1.47. With the new performance announced and we still buy in their call, pray hard.

Wow, would like to see how long it takes to drop to 75. From 1.40, it took about 3 months to current level of 1. Anyway, high dividend may temporarily support the price but will fall again if the management still unable to deliver. One thing up for sure is the operating cost and CEO salary as in its annual report. Only subordinates need to deliver KPIs to get good remuneration, CEO no need.

@sslee: I really salute you for your patient to deal with hopeless regulators. All the best to you and hopefully after factory burned, their office remains solid, otherwise all records will be gone, easy for them and auditors too. I am not the share holders of any local listed Chinese firms but enjoy watching them in actions but regulators inaction. Number of IPOs is the KPI for regulators but not the quality of companies to be listed. No action taken on Lotte Chemical and parties involved too.

Even it makes profit, EPS for sure will drop unless they are super good. I believe they are still driving big cars. As you already hold for long time, to cut it may be painful. After bonus issue, EPS will be diluted and valuation will need to be adjusted unless the company profit surge substantially. Unless speculative play in short run, its price is expected not to move up significantly. Own TP 70.
