10 years chart showed its peaked in 2010 above 1.50, since then all the way down to current level despite financial KPIs fluctuated. Personally finds it is quite attractive now and wish speculate play by others will push up the price before election.

I have been observing this stock when it is around one ringgit but decided not to buy as it operates in such a very thin net profit margin which may have matters beyond our knowledge. All experts in the Headlines missed their TP. US market is at its historical high, if suddenly plummeted, believe most counters will follow and blame market volatility.

Refer to some comments above. May be the KPI for the authority is number count (number of listed companies) instead of the quality which is important for long term investors. This is proven as almost all Chinese listed companies are non performers yet we don't see many actions taken. Good luck for all market players.
