Can refer to page 73 of the annual report. (Link Below). TGUAN approved 28.6M of ESOS shares at the price at RM1.13 for 5 years (2019-2024). Lets say if all are fully exercise, then TGUAN number of shareholding (NOSH) is about 410M. Not great but not a big concern as it 7% increase in NOSH and future earning will be diluted by 7%

Short of labor, increase in OT and drastic increase of fertilizer price, increase of material cost such as metal, spart parts and transportation has increase cost substancially. 2. Trade Receivables increased by RM 1.136B (111%)

4. Bank Balances decreased by RM 225M (-33%)
5 Capital and reserves attribute decrease by RM 476M (-23%)
6. Trade & Other payables increase RM 1.625B (71%)

Summary: Equity increased due to rise in inventories, trade receivables. Bank borrowing increase and cash decrease. If this is my business, i generate alot of sales and expand my business by stock up with more goods but my customer has not pay me.
