Why is it dropping so much n dropping almost daily ?. Is the management problem ?

RX350... it will hoot or not I m not sure. But my info tell me that the prices are certainly higher than the current market prices. The last SC query have certainly reduce a lot of speculative play n hence the unexciting play lately. . But certainly there should have a few mire rounds to go whether the deal is go or no go.

Pershing... agree that negotiation is subjected to many factors but it all depends on the project awarding to whom.

1. The original contract was suppose to be awarded in the 2nd Q and hence the excitement then.
2. Due D was done and prices have been agreed and waiting.
3. However the terms of the RTO remains that the RTO will only happen if S5 or the consortium gets the contract. Either the whole consortium or S5 alone will takes the RTO remains to be seen. So until this project is announce and confirm nothing will happen. All still in speculation.
4. The government then announces in June that the contract will be delay to the 3Q hence everything is put back into slow mode n wait and see..
5. Connect County is for sale, there is no secrecy to it. If it is not S5, it will and can be anyone. It is a small ACE company ripe for a low cost RTO and eventuality; listing and eventual migration to the main board. The main reason is one will need this listed vehicle to raise funds and secure a loan for the project. No secret ACE is also looking at using this counter as a RTO if nothing comes out from this "S5" deal.

Perishing..u mention this

1. This process already gone too long...the longer the more risk (already few mths....maybe over 6mths, people usually can complete it within a mth)
2. Price movement doesn't reflect any progress
3. Charts, I would say 50: 50 but a bit bearish
4. I followed since Goodway deals (failed)...S5 like primadonna
5. I don't need to influence small investors, just to buy cheap...my purchases not significant.

These statement have nothing to do with what you know of this deal. Just your assumption or personal opinion. Anyone is entitle to their own assumption. But in any take over eg RTO, time is never a factor and it can drag on for months. Any deal can go ahead or sour, it is normal. We are talking on real facts and confirm information to share among fellow investors.

But what you say is very bold and can be market moving .....

At current prices there will be less or no more conversion in coming weeks. You can see that the buying volume of the PA n Warrant have been much reduced in last few days.

JC, maybe you are right. But the figures looks a bit high, the rights were for every 5, you get 15 ICPS I think. I believe many have been converted in 2017 during that run up. But I could be wrong. If there are more ICPS than the mother shares now, then the ICPS should have a much higher volume transacted.

JC... there are not much ICPS shares left anymore. Many have already been converted in the 2017 run up. .

Joycelee... what I mean is the daily turn over is much much bigger than the conversion amount. So it does not really matter. At least half of this counter is already locked up. More conversion will give this counter more liquidity and at the same time help maintain and stabilised the prices as those now converting are at higher cost price.

True but volume is too small to be of any significant.

Just let you guys know that there will be some listing of the ICPS shares on Monday next week. I think conversion from PA to mother shares. Not sure exact quantities.

The 10 mil new issue due tomorrow, the investor cost should be around 23 to 24 cts. let us see if they will sell at this prices.

Just normal thing. If you buy some PA today at 15 cts say. You fill up a simple form, buy a cashier order of 7.5 cts (So your cost will be 23.5 cts) for each PA shares and and write a small cheque to pay a service fee. In about 8 to 10 working days, your PA will become the mother shares. They will announce that your ICPS shares will be converted to the mother shares when and when before these new shares get listed... get it ?

No, Joycelee. All these Warrant A&B and PA are currently listed too along CC.

In the end like I say earlier, total Connect shares are still Connect shares + PA(=7.5 cts) + WA n WB (+10 cts)= Total Connect County shares. There have never been any new issuance shares. Just investors converting them from the "Anak"

The new issue is from people who buy the PA or warrant A or B and pay money to convert them to the mother share. As long as the PA or warrant have a premium people will buy them and convert them to the mother share. So nothing new.

For the 2 week I am sure you have notice the volume on this counter. It is more than the total shares available many times over in the market and most transaction have traded between 28 to 38 cents, Meaning most of the buyers or investors are holding it with cost averaging of around 32 cts. So I am wondering if 20 cts is possible. If it is possible then it must be a sell down and I would never pick up any CC stock even at 20 cts.

To buy or not is your own choice. It is your money n your own portfolio. No one pointing a gun at your head to force you to buy. We hear many news daily. Some good n some bad ones. If you do not feel the news have any credit worthiness then just ignore it. Buying eqiities n hear news are purely base on your own risk. Easy to talk talk base on history so no point to belittle anyone. Everyone is entitle to their own views.

Whether the RTO really happen or not it is everyone guess. Stock market is like this, you buy on rumour and sell on facts.Even if they announce a confirm RTO, so what ???... the share prices may fall really. If everyone waits till the confirm RTO, then you better wait and wait, the stock market is not the place for you. Rules of the game is, do not be greedy, play with the rumour and sell on facts.

After so many news out lately. I think this counter will stay there for a while. The players will like to stay out of focus for a while but I guess they will try to keep the prices there. There should be another push later on for sure.

Today listing of the 10 mil shares are those people who have bought the PA and pay 7.5 cts each and convert them to the mother shares.

Thesigncom. I have nothing personal against you but you being super happy until eating Japanese Harakiri n wanting to celebrate in joy speak much of the person we have in this forum. Frankly I m most happy if everyone makes money. Not the other way around. Why would I be joyful n celebrating to see my friends either those I know or I do not know lose money ?. I think many of you do not understand this new issue. Total Connect stocks are Connect + PA + WA + WB. You need to pay some money to convert them to the mother stock. 7.5 cts for PA and 10 cents each for WA and WB. Plus the current PA and Warrant price, average cost is between 24 to 28 cts at least. As more gets converted, the cost price will be getting higher

Low volume today... interesting. Also more interesting is no heavy selling despite despite last few days of high volume.. Show either all pick up or player already in control of this counter.

Buy on rumour. Sell on news. But with this announcement you will see serious investor buying. Contra or short term players are out. Cannot be shareholders selling. How can they sell when the RTO is in progress ?

If last 2 days the Value is hovering around the 35 cts level with volume of more than the total number of shares, how can it possible drop to 20 cts anymore ?, let alone 30 cts unless the contra players really cut loss. But I doubt it

greedy4444... just a word about syndicates. If they unload they would have unload with the last 2 days of so high volume n price already. Next 2 days may be down due to the Contra players so no reason to sell with the crowd. So I guess many contra players would have already clear up already since the market is up on high volume in last 2 days so easier for trader to cash out, From the volume and price, my guess is, the play is not yet finish. I am quite certain on this.
