For those who keep doing so, only one simple reason. They know it is actually good and due to bad sentiment, they would like to create fear to collect at lower price, as simple as that. They gave no nuetral view but instead with own agenda, i call them hypocrite.

Just sharing. Maybe not many people know about warrant C adjustment. Beside exercise price adjusted from 0.50 to 0.42 due to mother share right issue. There is also additional free warrant c given to warrant c holder after right issue on the basis about 1 for every 5.079 warrant. Meaning u will get 20% more units.

Once my family and I plan to travel to europe, our flight will be at Changi because we stay in JB. Call tunepro enquire about the insurance, i were informed they are unable to cover my family and I because our flight is in Changi even our journey begins in JB by land transport.

After that i contacted MISG, they do cover my situation. The next day i sold tunepro at 1.5x and never return again.

Over 230mil, the trade finance is approximately 190mil. I personally don't see trade finance as "real debt" as it is a tool for exporters to settle business with client, the bigger the revenue, the trade finance increases (maybe this is the reason everyone is worrying). Hence, if take trade finance out of the picture, the real debt (term loan, hire purchase & trust) is only 40mil.

If you check their cash flow statement, cash from operating activity roughly 50mil last quarter, minus trade finance interest still have 30mil. With this earning power, i personally think it is undervalued now. After the right issue with money flow in, situation will be much better.

Key reason QR is poor due to the regulation and that is why they keep spending to promote their digitized insurance. So good benefit and high claim rate make it no better.

So when FT announced tie up "good news", I dumped all on that day. Just think this share gonna needs longer time..
