@getingreal, well, "somebody" cant be seen collecting obviously whatever EPF dumps; accumulation must be done slowly, otherwise, a drastic spike is triggered, negating the low-price collection. The long-term smaller retailers should also be accumulating when the price is so attractively low and wait patietly.
