Technical Chart on Lady Sapura Golden Cross shows 2x Major Breakouts.

For a start, Permodalan Nasional Bhd is the single largest shareholder of the group with a 28.26% stake, or 4.5 billion shares. PNB average holding cost is 30 sens. This means PNB investment was 2.8Bil and Today PNB investment just worth 466mil!!!. So Mabel recon PNB will do everything in his power to "Goreng Up" SAP to 30 sen or above to unload some of their shares. Hence as long as Mabel’s holding cost is below PNB Holding Cost, Mabel has nothing to fear...

During the Pandemic, Singapore Airlines (SIA) raise up to $15 billion amid major financial challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has hit the global air travel sector badly. This is done by issuing new shares to current shareholders to raise about $5.3 billion and issuing mandatory convertible bonds to raise up to $9.7 billion. Temasek who owns 55% of the airline came to the rescue by pledging to take up any remaining shares and bonds that are not subscribed.

During the recent AGM, this question of consolidation was raised. The CEO mentioned the so call consolidation is still premature at this point in time. Complete restructuring is high on the agenda so that the White Knight can come in with Capital Injection.

Proposed Restructuring Scheme is on target and will be table out again in our EGM around Nov – Dec 2023. White Knight will come end of this year or early next year. Formal Letter has been received in Feb 2023. Detail on White Knight will be announced when SE secured the target milestone. Board is confidence to resolve current debt and confidence to exit PN17.

Just be patience and continue let our honest and hard working PEOPLE in Sapura complete their work.

As a shareholder, all we need to do is to continue Goyang Kaki after all these 13,000 employee in 20 countries, such as China, Australia, United States of America, Western Africa and the Middle East are working for us...

It posted a quarterly revenue of RM2.4 billion, up 188% Year-on-Year (“YoY”) and 21% Quarter-on-Quarter (“QoQ”). In 4Q2022, the Group also recorded its third consecutive quarter of positive EBITDA at RM489 million. For FY2022, the Group delivered a strong turnaround with a revenue of RM6.6 billion (+260% YoY, 58% of FY2019 revenue). Full-year EBITDA is at RM361 million compared to the EBITDA loss of RM1.0 billion in FY2021. This reflects the ongoing momentum of travel recovery - especially in the second half of 2022 - alongside the stabilisation of jet fuel prices towards year end.

The breakthrough quarterly performance was primarily driven by the aviation business segment i.e. returning aircraft and opening up of key markets, as travel demand continues recovering in Asia alongside rising yield. HaiLiDeYu I didn't attend in full. But one slide which catch my attention is that the reset or restructured plan is on the table...most likely the PMV will be out from sapura and net zero will be one of the focus. Waiting to see whether the management will share the slides later... white Knight is there as well but they keep the identity secret...

Very Good Meeting with the Fresh New Chairman and the New CEO.

Proposed Restructuring Scheme is on target and will be table out again in our EGM around Nov – Dec 2023. Hence complete the restructuring is high on the agenda so that the White Knight can come in with Capital Injection. White Knight will come end of this year or early next year. Formal Letter has been received in Feb 2023. Detail on White Knight will be announced when SE secured the target milestone. Board is confidence to resolve current debt and confidence to exit PN17.

Moving forward SE Target is to secure Sustainability with strong EBITDA Margin in the O&G upper quartile, Secured OB 5.5 to 6 billion every year continue building the funnel. SE has the Best-in-Class Drilling and O&M operation with all 11 rigs running across the Globe. The CEO reported Profitable Revenue with more than RM 800 million cash position in Q4 2023, Good Order Booking with Good Bid Book Value and Promising Prospects despite being a PN17 Companies. SE could have achieved more if it has BG and stronger working capital. Renewal energy is high on the agenda for post PN17 Scenario to capitalize on SE competence in this area across the Globe.

There were 7 Resolutions to be voted from this meeting. The Result: All 7 Resolutions was approved by the AGM..
