Singapore Airlines’ passenger capacity grew 28.1% YoY in July
The most attractive employer carried over 3 million passengers last month.

The top attractive employer, Singapore Airlines Group, documented 3 million passengers, 28.1% higher year-on-year in July 2023.

Both SIA and Scoot’s group passenger load factor was recorded at 89.8%. SIA recorded a monthly PLF of 89% and Scoot’s PLF was at 92.7%.

Haha Mabel used to think that trading was WAYYY too risky for my liking. After all, nobody likes to be looking at charts 24/7.

One of my biggest issues with trading is the potential of losing money in the stock market if you forget to exit your trade and you’re away.

According to Tourism Malaysia, the top ten international tourist arrivals to Malaysia in 2020 were from Singapore (1,545,255), Indonesia (711,723), China (405,149), Thailand (394,413), India (155,883), Brunei (136,020), South Korea (119,750), Japan (74,383), Australia (72,680), and Vietnam (64,184).

China travelers only 11% of the total arrival. Assuming they split with MAS, AAX, Capital A and other Airlines, we are talking about perhaps 2-3 % of the travelers cuming with Capital A.

2Q23 results and 2nd interim gross DPU of 8.8sen were in-line. Earnings were mainly supported by the stable office segment, higher occupancy at Suria KLCC, improved carpark income and narrower losses at Mandarin Oriental.

KLCC Second quarter 2023 earnings released:

EPS: RM0.10 (up from RM0.091 in 2Q 2022).
Revenue: RM394.6m (up 12% from 2Q 2022).
Net income: RM180.8m (up 9.5% from 2Q 2022).
Profit margin: 46% (in line with 2Q 2022).

Revenue is forecast to grow 1.4% p.a. on average during the next 3 years, while revenues in the REITs industry in Asia are expected to remain flat.

Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has increased by 12% per year but the company’s share price has fallen by 5% per year, which means it is currently undervalue

KLCC is back on Target. Today it advance by 2%, trading at 16.3% below Wall Street estimate of its fair value. Earnings grew by 53.6% over the past year. Our Pendekar has already breaches 20, 50, 100 and 200 Moving Average. KLCC Share is currently overbought. Target Price remain unchanged at RM 7.80. With KLCC latest advances, all 12 Fighters Under Mabel Malaysia are flying GREEN FLAGS!

Last year KLCC has given us a Yield of 5.6% which is better than ASB. Forecast Dividend this year is expected to grow to 6% with a reasonable cash payout ratio (64.9%). This means KLCC's dividend payments are covered by it’s cash flows.

When a company pays out a dividend, it signals that the company is profitable and has enough cash to distribute to its shareholders. Haha Mabel has been collecting quietly...now holding 4000 shares..

Currently the weakest stock in Mabel Malaysia is KLCC. The reason why it is weak is because of the Board has awarded Dividend and Distribution to the Current shareholders which is Great. Technical Chart today is looking good. Our KLCC has already breaches 20, 50 and 100 Moving Average. Now he is on his way to break the 200 Moving Average. Share is currently overbought. Target Price remain unchanged at RM 7.80..

Our KLCC kicked off FY23 on strong footing, with an improved YoY performance across all segments, particularly in the retail and hotel segment. Suria KLCC’s occupancy rate increased to 96% (2022: 92%) as four new tenants signed leases to occupy space in the shopping mall. Just like Mabel's Singapore REIT, Mabel is positive on the group’s prospects, as it is well positioned to benefit from the improving tourism sector while being supported by its stable office segment.

Stock market doesn’t like uncertainty. Unlike Previous Election Landslide Victory, this election has certainly fail to uplift Investors’ confidence. KLCI down by 3 points today. KLCI is expected to trend sideways with an upside bias within the 1,450 and 1,470 range with immediate resistance at 1,460 and support at 1,440.

As far as Mabel's PN17 Air Asia Jet fighters is concern, she continue flying above Mabel's Target Super Sonic Moving Averages. Currently still overbought..

85% of AA Missile was automatically triggered and launched from Mabel's Artificial Intelligence Trading System when our Jet Fighters breaches RM 1 at different height with the last Missiles launched at RM 1.06 on Friday. Mabel will continue to HOLD this 15%.

Every such warrant comes with an expiration date, restricting investors from exercising the financial instrument beyond that specific period.

Warrants are issued by companies, giving the holder the right but not the obligation to buy a security at a particular price. Companies often include warrants as part of share offerings to entice investors into buying the new security.

Warrants are considered a risky investment tool. The warrant may expire before the stock is sold, making it worthless. If the company goes bankrupt, the warrants may become worthless. The holder of a warrant may not be able to sell it on the open market if there is no demand for it. There are also risks such as credit risk, liquidity risk, managerial risk, and possibly inflation risk..

However in Sap case, the expiry date is 2026 if Mabel not mistaken. Based on the latest development, there is a high chance it exceed 49 sen level by 2026..

Proposed Restructuring Scheme is on target and will be table out again in our EGM around Nov – Dec 2023. White Knight will come end of this year or early next year. Formal Letter has been received in Feb 2023. Detail on White Knight will be announced when SE secured the target milestone. Board is confidence to resolve current debt and confidence to exit PN17.

Just be patience and continue let our honest and hard working PEOPLE in Sapura complete their work.

As a shareholder, all we need to do is to continue Goyang Kaki after all these 13,000 employee in 20 countries, such as China, Australia, United States of America, Western Africa and the Middle East are working for us...
