Supermax if im not mistaken was almost on par with TG...talking about pre covid...i think there was a blunder with the Vietnam manufacturing where they were played out and had to totally cut that out which loss during that time...i can understand why supermx would be aggressively expanding, with the potential they see in future...with their competitive advantage of obm business they will be head to head with TG, would see harta lagging behind if they cant capitalize on the ASP.

Anyway it will be interesting to see how super grow this few years and how they go head to head again with TG...very good competition haha then both companies i holding will be striving to do well...hehehe long term holders will reap the fruits...

looking at the QRs, KNM really seem to be heading to the upward direction with their PATs...

2018 total PAT = -774.877m (LOSS)
2019 total PAT = 47.79m
2020 total PAT = 49.458m (only 3 quarters)

Price highest for 2019 is RM0.46 (correct me if im wrong). so with the current price RM0.21 and with the current PAT they have, i think this is genuinely an undervalued stock...

Moreover, it seems that they have more jobs ahead for 2021, and with the economical recovery, i think they will get more jobs to come...I believe that they have shredded the non-contributing access fats, cutting operational costs...that is why we see 2020 QRs showing pretty ok results regardless of Covid-19...

I am well invested and looking forward to future KNM performance.

Another angle to look at

1) this expedites the process of the housing problem, and as u already know the whole world is looking at TG and their issue with labor publicized on newspaper. Govt action is bound to happen anyway. U guys are taking this too negatively, govt must take actions or it will show Malaysia govt as a whole condone such activities. Even more investors will shun away from Malaysia. So i would say its no choice and so happen TG is the victim. I believe Govt will not let TG fail anyway.

2) with the future profits coming in, it should be a small fraction if u look long term wise. If this money spent now will solve all the bans, then its money must spend

3) profits will continue to reel in as there will still be need for gloves as global vaccination may take longer than expected.

When u are trader and holding, then u will fear these news. If u dont hold then opportunity to trade dip. If u are long term holders, then this is opportunity to trade the dip or buy low, the journey is long.
