Definitely is solid company. Sunway is well managed, reasonable good dividend growth and most important is own by fair or respectful owner. Many people always said Sunway pricing very stagnant. But if you are not long Sunway, you probably may miss all bonuses and dividend. If not analysis deeper, adjusted average closing price in March 2013 is 0.773 and today 1.69, which is about 19% price growth per annum since March 2013. Coupler with dividend. How many company in KLSE can pay 20%+ pa on average?

Type of business and esp type of bosses is very important. If you Long for company own by good managed, fair bosses, reasonable good dividend growth and off course business hard to replace. Then, invest in that company for Long will be paid off. If Merge can't convince you since business venture not clear. Another company I like is Sunway and its WB.

Ya, basically most speculators come in and go. Normally make 10-20% and leave happily. Then they find hard to enter again since pricing keep surging. I believe market actual float is 15% or less now. Balance are those who trusted new management and wanted to tie the faith with them. So, if the new management can't come out with new good and acceptable plan and business strategic that convince new investors. Then, no one willing to invest again.

New boards do have private profitable companies that could inject in. They are genuine businessmen and I believe they do have something in the pipeline. otherwise, there is no reason why they neeed to take over Merge. esp a losing money company

Martin, thanks for refreshing. 2017 Sunway medical recorded 50m profit, last year profit jumped 20% to 60m. With current healthcare PE of 40 to 60. Sunway Medical (Suncity) will at least worth 2.4bn if not more. Let’s wait for good news soon..

As buy back vol is much more compare to last year. Indicate price could be very undervalue. Could it due to Medical centre listing soon..

Without people realised. Sunway Berhad price has been raising directly plus indirectly on average 19% pa since March 2013. Plus 3-4% dividend base on period price. Net average growth is 20%+. WB price also came back from 0.20 end last year and last week 0.27, and now 0.345. But the price still appears to be cheap for a Good management and healthy organisation. Let assume on average a conservation price growth of 5% a year. Current Sunway price is 1.70. With 5% average growth, 5 years later the price will be 2.12. In 2024, WB conversion price will be 1.44. That means WB is worth 2.12-1.44 or 0.68. I think is still a good bet even though not dividend receive.

yesterday closing price 0.285, exercise price in 2024 1.44, means total 1.725. only merely 2.6% premium. If Sunway touch Rm2 or beyond in 2024. Then the return will be at least double.

2387581, keeping shares in CDS will not cost you any charges, you will still entitled for dividend or bonus issue should Sunway declare again in future. Just that you can’t sell this 50 shares using normal trading but have to trade under odd lots which the commission maybe higher ratio compare to the price.

Besides huge population of TUDM will move in BSS this year. Coming project will be Central Business District covering 46Ha in BSS which will have gross development value of RM4bil. This Mega project will include hospitality, commercial, shopping malls, 400 beds Medical centre, Residential and a convention centre. During Last Saturday Group dinner, Group Exe Deputy Chairman mentioned that the sales target of 1.2B had already achieved 2 months ahead of financial year 2018/19. While most other developing companies size down development next year, Matrix will maintain at least 1.2B sales target next financial year. I believe Every price has its cost, when Hevea no workers issue and USD 4.4, Price was RM1.7+. When the company facing workers and USD rate below 4, price goes to RM0.60+. Last month 18th was record low in last few years at 0.525 even though USD was 4.18! Obviously, is either panic selling or certain group intentionally pull the price down..Today, workers issue solved (according to Q3 report, unless management giving misleading info) USD stood at 4.1 which is not far from 4.18. I don't see why Hevea should still hang around 0.60+ for long

Wise investors always said 'When majority think good, you should sell, you should buy when everyone scare" Cause when a good stock have no demand but only sellers, means is super cheap. But in reality, when market are bad most people runs out of bullets due to fund stuck in market . For those who still have reserve, let's slowly start hunting and bargaining for good stocks. No one knows how long and how low the market will go. One thing for sure, good stock will always reward after bad news drain out. My preference are those with consistence dividend..

Sunway Medical has about 500m profit. What happen if Sunway decides to list Sunway Medical as early as next year? With current hospital PE of 40-50. Sunway Medical alone can fetch value of RM2bn. A small subsidiary of Sunway can increase about RM0.30 per share value after listing. Maybe can think about it.

What I heard is Hevea may have slim profit but order is more than supply. One day the workers, pricing ... will be solved. As long as they keep their promise during last AGM by paying out dividend using 20 million depreciation. The stock still good to hold or rather time to collect more
