One thing I don't like is seeing the management key personnel keep on selling their shares. Well, although the amount is insignificant, but this is NOT a pleasant sign for investors. You can't always boast about your superb ROE, and meanwhile selling shares (almost everyday) to the market. For me, they are not sincere on what they're saying.

DPIH share price RM 0.5xx pun nak bonus issue... Reserve fund also not tat big.. Strange la ... I am convincing myself this is not the tactic used by the management to boost up share price. But, it seems to me that this is the only reason for the time being.

Pointless to give bonus issue at this juncture. I rather disappointed with the Management to do this exercise to boost the share price.. Better focus on business pls..

May I know why ILP segment profit can be recognized faster under IFRS17? What is the mechanism behind this? I think the premium received in ILP will also be smoothed out throughout the period?

I believe this is the 1st time Allianz Life is having negative PBT, which is claimed to be due to fair value loss (high interest rate).

But, the bond interest rate in few years back is still higher than the current rate? Allianz Life still manage to record +ve PBT that time.
