当地时间6月15日，越南海阳1号机组DCS电源柜开始带电，之后逐步向各个机柜送电，截至18时1号汽机，1、2号锅炉，公用系统等全部机柜全部送电完成，电压满足各功能模件的供电要求，电源及卡件电源均指示正确，各项检查结果均达到标准要求。1号机组DCS受电一次成功。
　　海阳电厂位于南亚热带季风性海洋气候区，进入六月空气湿度一直位置在80%以上，温度一度达到40摄氏度。为确保1号机组DCS受电顺利完成，越南海阳项目电仪科积极准备策划。DCS盘柜基础和DCS盘柜验收均一次合格，验收后当天即开始成品保护工作。DCS网线及电源接线正确率100%，DCS受电前联合检查未发现一根电缆错接、虚接。六月正值雨季，施工天气炎热、潮湿，为保证盘柜绝缘，专业组织多次盘柜绝缘和接地阻值测量，电子间内安装临时空调降温、除湿，保证机柜投入后的稳定。6月15日上午土建交安完成后，电仪专业全体管理人员中午连班，对电子间环境卫生、受电前工作进行全面、彻底的检查和清洁，保证DCS受电工作高效率、高标准完成。受电后在安装、调试工作中电仪专业依旧积极主动，严格按照项目部三级网络计划，科学策划，严格把控，把安全和质量控制措施落实到实处。
　　DCS受电是电厂建设的重要里程碑节点，越南海阳1号机组DCS受电一次成功，标志着1号机组热控专业全面进入了单体调试阶段，为6.28厂用电倒送电工程和机组调试奠定了坚实基础。（李超）

KUALA LUMPUR (May 21): Frontken Corp Bhd is unaffected by sanctions from the US targeting tech giant Huawei, as a key supplier for the firm still requires the Malaysian company's services in producing Apple's A13 chip, said Maybank Investment Bank.

The investment bank said TSMC will continue to provide security updates for Huawei's Kirin 980 processor and supply Kirin 985 processors as its early evaluation shows that it meets export control regulations.

The tech giant is still reliant on TSMC for its processors as Huawei is only able to manufacture chips as small as 14nm, while TSMC is able to produce chips that are 7nm and smaller.

Moreover, TSMC is also is gearing up for volume production of the A13 chip, which will power new iPhones this year, which use the 7nm and 7nm processes.

The investment bank believes this will bode well for Frontken given its the precision-cleaning expertise.

"The fact that the 7nm process itself creates about four times more precision cleaning works than 16-20nm," said the bank.

"A knee-jerk reaction to its share price provides a golden opportunity to buy. Target price of RM1.85 remains unchanged based on FY20 price-to-earnings ratio of 23.5 times.

"Leveraged to this 7nm, but unlike the semiconductor business, which can be cyclical, Frontken should be much more resilient as regardless if you are running at 90% utilisation or 40% utilisation the equipment will still need to be cleaned," it said.

He said this provides a steady stream of recurring income despite any downside risk from Huawei's smartphone sales.

Maintain buy with a higher target price (TP) of RM2.57: Globetronics Technology Bhd saw weak results in the first quarter of financial year 2019 (1QFY19) although we believe a subsequent earnings recovery would materialise, as in 2018. While we expect 2019 revenue to be lower year-on-year (y-o-y), earnings should not be significantly impacted, benefiting from a favourable revenue mix.

New sensor and non-sensor-related products are in the pipeline, and would likely replace a revenue slack from its timing device business. We remain confident that management will steer the company and develop a new revenue driver again, ensuring its strong earnings growth profile is retained. We maintained our “buy” call.

To recap, Globetronics’ 1QFY19 earnings were weak, with nearly all key segments seeing a sluggish performance. Its sensor division’s weakness was due to its light sensor product although its gesture sensor, designed into a wireless headset, continued to be well-received and production volumes remained robust. Overall, we believe sensor volumes will improve in the coming quarters due to seasonality.

The timing device segment contributed 30% of the group’s revenue in 2018. As this business’ contribution may contract in the coming years, management has been actively working on several initiatives including introducing new products to cover the expected revenue shortfall. We expect several sensor and non-sensor products to be qualified in the second half of 2019.

Despite lowering our 2019 to 2021 earnings per share estimates by 12% to 18%, we think Globetronics is still appealing given its increasing presence as a niche sensor player. We also like its dynamic management team having successfully steered the group, taking advantage of attractive business opportunities.  We see the timing device business being replaced by another large project likely to sustain its earnings growth in future. While the company consolidates its earnings, the risk-reward profile remains favourable. In addition, earnings for 2019 to 2021 estimate and dividend yields of 5% to 6% are attractive.  — Affin Hwang Capital, May 14

(Reuters) - Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone sales in China fell 20 percent year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2018, while sales for smartphones made by home-grown rival Huawei soared by 23 percent, data from industry research firm IDC showed on Monday.
