MKH is the cheapest plantation stock with PE Ratio of 10.92 times. Other plantation stocks are trading at PE Ratio of more than 40 times.

MD mentioned before that the plantation in Indonesia worth more than RM1bil in value. By simple calculation, there are 18,388 ha of oil palm plantation in Indonesia. At RM70,000/ha, the plantation should amount to RM1.3 bil which is already much higher that the current market capitalisation of RM903mil.

YTLland with all the lands that are not revalued actually worths RM4.00 to RM5.00 a share. The family force the minority shareholders to sell at RM0.36 a share through share swap. It is a pure daylight robbery.

Yes, you are still entitled to dividends, splits, bonus issues and right issues. Everything is still the same, but the stock is not listed and you can not sell in Bursa. Other than this, there will still be AGM or EGM that you can attend.

In short, the existing shareholders of YTLland bought from Yeoh Family (YTLCorp) at 15-20 times PE ratio many years ago and held them faithfully. However, they are today being forced to sell them back to Yeoh Family at a big loss (dirt cheap price) as compared to the price they paid years ago.
Yeoh family will delist the company, hold the company for a few years. After that, the Yeoh family will again relist YTLland and sell them back to the shareholders at 15-20 times future PE ratio.
They treat the shareholders like idiots.

@Dolly Lucky, YTLland worth more thanRM1.50 per share. The right issues for the ICULs were sold RM0.50 per share. The offer price is ridiculous and very unfair. They offer RM0.36 per YTLland share and RM0.32 per YTLland-ICULs share.

You want to know why they prefer to pay Directors Remuneration Packages instead of dividends?
If KSL pays RM30mil Directors Remuneration Packages, the directors sapu all the RM30mil.
If KSL pays RM30mil Dividends, the directors get only RM12mil. The other shareholders get RM18mil.
That is why the directors choose to pay out Directors Remuneration Packages instead of Dividends. Very selfish of them to sapu everything for themselves and leave nothing for the minority shareholders..

Even if KSL declares 3 sens dividend, the total amount to be paid out is only RM31.1mil, which is about the same with the total remunerations paid to the directors.

I think the Yeoh Family should not resort to this type of dirty trick to enrich themselves. The minorities had faithfully hold on to their shareholdings even though without receiving any dividends. The Yeoh Family has already owned effectively more than 70% of the shareholdings. Why suppress the remaining less than 30% minorities?

Eldest son has slowed down and become less aggressive as compared to those days. In the AGM, he just blamed the market environment to cause the whole group to do badly. However, if we compared YTLLand to other property counters, many of the competitors like MKH and Paramount are still recording very good profits.
