Don't sell your TA. The real values is RM2.60 (BDO) or RM3.01 (BlueRock) unless Tony offers a better price. Even though Tony does not revise his offer, the price of TA will move up when the market recovers in near future. Don't sell in the rock bottom of the market.

Ang will miss KYY. Without him buying into Jaks, how could Jaks go up to RM1.80. Now, KYY is divesting and see what happens to the price? Actually, both Ang and KYY are on the same boat and they can reach the destination together. As KYY is jumping boat now, Ang has to roll the boat himself.

I have different views. Tony wants to increase its shareholdings in TA to more than 50% if not privatising the whole company entirely. That is his tactic to make the shareholders think that he is not aiming at your shares. Bare in mind, Tony is very experienced and a veteran financier. He is many times above us.

Please don't sell to unrealistic offer. We purchase TA Enterprise with our hard earned money. It is a very good counter with very good potential going forward. Don't "LELONG" your shareholdings away.

Tony's offer is even worse than what Ong Leong Huat offered for OSK Property in its MGO in 2015.
