need to grab at the correct entry price and hold long term for dividend , its better than FD anyway

invest in REIT is not for took profit, or capital appreciation

if want took profit, go to equities , not REIT

REIT is for the dividend as above 90% of income must be distribute as dividend

share price appreciation is a bonus plus with the dividend

if u see the share price chart , the share price of REIT mostly ding dong at same range even after 5 years

in current situation of Covid 19, ALAQAR is among the best to invest in REIT because retail and office REIT is affected by Covid 19

Covid 19 is not go to ALAQAR hospital ya , all go to government hospital

some try to mislead newbie, by potray Covid 19 will beneficial to ALAQAR

In i can say is not to little effect , as the KPJ hospital is still allow to open under MCO due to under necessary activities so the rental still come in

just for KPJ business, there will be less medical tourism already for them and this does not affect to ALAQAR rent

for those who follow up on YTLREIT for long time

it is know that forex play big role in its profit

from IPO price is pretty low

from 1 year low price since March 2020, is pretty high, as already up almost 74% already

actually ASTRO also have the apps that we can watch in smart phones or tablets

so no need to necessary install the piring as now doing unless if want connect to TV

so NETFLIX and ASTRO also same pattern...?
