EPF has hire many investment banker do investment transaction for them

banker A might think to sell

banker B might think to buy

we will never know why EPF buy or sell

some bad companies, EPF is buying , maybe they have insider news, or maybe due to responsibility to save the share price from dropping

some good companies, EPF selling, maybe for profit taking, or to readjust the portfolio, cash out to pay dividend or more

so there is no direct logic that good company,EPF will buy , bad company EPF will sell and we follow them

big government funds transactions only can be make as refer only
it shall not form main part of you buy sell decision
