can consider AL AQAR REIT - hospital

SUNWAY REIT - many diversify

also not bad

as IGB REIT only have 2 shopping malls only and

the good point is that this 2 shopping mall is very laku one

almost all near 100% all almost rent out

that is strong point of IGB REIT

Go see CMMT, some of their mall is not fully rent out

REIT rules is need distribute 90% as dividend

so if more rental income then get more dividend lo

higher rental reversion then get more rental income lo

when renew tenancy contract if can increase rental then get more rent lo
