Actually if mlab want to move, no need to wait till 10 September. Warrant exercise 15 sen. If push till 12 sen also ok, nobody will exercise cos cheaper to buy the mother. Guys, this capital reduction is using the share capital to wipe out the accumulated losses, a credit & debit accounting entry only, no effect on the company or share price. Already explained much earlier when the news was out.

I'm trying to figure out why MLAB will fly.
Company got no story, no deals to shout about, only if Fintec fly, Mlab will go up a little.
Its now 5 sen. U guys don't realise kah it's down almost 40%.
Penny stock play may be over for now, so it can be a very long wait for a rebound if any.
Just look at the P&L & Balance Sheet...... u will get a heart attack.
A very painful lesson that I learned recently......if a champion in any stock forum says don't sell, I'll be weary & will sell immediately if any sign of a pull back. Never ever put your trust in anybody in the forum, trust yourself & cut loss to protect your capital if u play no values stocks

My view, conversions are beneficial to company in getting cash n saving interest payment. With market liquidity, conversion makes sense to make quick profits. But the real reason is that when S5 RTO Connect it will have to take shares in the Company as there is no cash to pay them. Conversions are a form of cheaper entry plus the % shareholding by S5 becomes smaller otherwise have to do a MGO . Say S5 takeover is at 50 sen then Connect has to issue 1.8b shares so a MGO is triggered unless waiver is obtained. Say S5 gets the 1.5b contract , then shoots to 80-1.00 so guess who is the real winner.
The deal is a win win for all so I hope it gets done as our market needs spice.
