CIMB TECHNICALS this morning had a BUY CALL for Velesto, target 36 to 38 sen on improving oil outlook & fundamentals with a stop loss at 0.295
Based on my experiences, it's normally delayed action, may move within the next 2 days

It’s stated in velesto reports that they have been bearing such costs . Only now petronas said they’ll cover it. Anyway the coming few quarterly reports will show the effects . Velesto’s future looks promising maybe not the March quarter but thereafter. At least the share price has bottomed out provided crude oil does not crash.

AR.................estimate holding 260m (3.17% holding)
Current Disclosure 413m ( 5.02% holding now......thats why have to disclose underwear)
Hence estimate purchases between 16 sen to 30 sen estimate 153m

Even though low DCR rates. At USD70k per day, velesto can make better profits cos mobisations & demobilisatons costs will be borne by petronas.
These costs are quite substantial

To convince the mkt, velesto needs to get some contracts soon.

Rowie Velesto does not own nor sell crude oil. It depends on oil rig contracts.
Even if oil reaches 100 USD it's no use if velesto not awarded contracts

Brokers in "collusion" (difficult to prove) perfect timing downgraded the price (almost same target price) to depress the uptrend. Brokers proprietary traders & stockists deliberately shorted the stock to create a panic sell thereby with the intention of share accumulations. Bursa has all the records, I think KYY must have heard some whispers otherwise he would not declare his shareholdings & complain to SC.
One main blogger aka Dali came out in defence of the brokers......has to cos u rub my back , I rub yours & now payback time.

Based on Petronas boss statements, velesto will surely bag a few contracts soon. Petronas has confirmed that they will bear the mobilisation & demobilisation costs which are very substantial. Hence moving forward velesto cost will be reduced on rigs contracted by Petronas
