I assume MMSV will sustain it's current performance and will only grow 3.5%pa, which is equivalent to inflation rate. (If a co. can't beat inflation rate it better close shop). The discount rate is 10% (7%premium over 3% risk free rate).

Result:

Present value of FCF = 105mil
Minus debt = (31k)
Minus MI = 0
Plus excess cash = 10.14mil
Present value FCFE = 155.17mil
Divide by no. share (163mil shares) = 71sen
At 48sen, it offers MOS of 32%

KSL under selling pressure. May be LTKM is taking profit. Luckily I bought both. One counter's loss is another counter's gain. Break even.

The co. is sitting on cash. May be can consider enlarging its share capital; bonus share.

@royong. Retained earning is accumulated net profit from income statement minus dividend paid. It doesn't account for adjustment for depreciation, armortisation, fair value gain and investing activities. In other words, it doesn't represent the available free cash. Anyway, I believe MMode has more than 35mil free cash.
