AA drop due to Ringgit issue from BNM?

Difficult to short AA like previous, such as AA big lost on FS, GMT, Plane crash, so many bad news.......

Current FS strong, with so many good news, Even ringgit currency issue also control by BNM now...

I more believe the rally is near but short term effect only, after revaluation done on AAC sale, long term has to depend more on associate results.....which are difficult to predict

If AAC can sales 44.6 b, after deduct loan estimate 27.5 b , 100% share should able to get special devidend minimum 0.60 cents.

However if 80% only 0.30 cents.

Total Borrowing balance reduced from 12.6 bill(31.12.15) to 10.3 bil (30.09.16), total reduced 2.3 bil, is almost 18.25% in 9 months, see how fast the payment rate.

Total borrowing is reduced by RM444 million from Q2 16 to Q3 16.

AA is really paid loan agreessively, even more than what they earn, do you see that?

The company said it is also planning initial public offerings (IPOs) for its AirAsia Academy flight crew training centre and for ASEAN Holding Co. The academy would be listed in Kuala Lumpur, while ASEAN Holding Co would be listed in Hong Kong, Fernandes said without indicating timeline.

AA may go down again these few days, maybe 2.65 / 2.60 or even 2.50, My suggestion is buy in gradually in 2.68/2.65/2.62 and so on.

If really AA can hit 2.50, congratulation as you can buy the lowest since 3 months ago.

Nobody can predict how low AA will hit, as what supermx said AA may go down to 0.80 again.

I can said the chance AA drop to RM0.80 is equal to 0%, means will never happen in year 2016 and 2017. Buying toto 4D maybe have higher chance.

But i can tell you is AA can up to RM4 /RM5 in year 2016/2017 chance is more than 60%......

All the above is my 2 centss predict.....invest with care

Recent sell down of AA is unpredicted as Trump win election thus create market instability especially malaysia ringgit and cause FF want to exit from malaysia. Despite of Q3 good result, FF don't care all these unless the results is officially announce, but this create golden opportunity for those who still have power to top up!!! Grad it and buy before it is too late.

For malaysia ringgit, i have nothing to say. Possible may drop to USD 1 to RM5 in this year.

Maybe AAC is the one can maintain & support AA current price, but for AA long term is actually a "BAD" news.

If the rumour is correct, airline such as Marlindo, Lion need move to KLIA 2 due to AA to KLIA. Will their customer still want to go KLIA 2?

I think most of people will fly from KLIA in future, KLIA 2 will be a "museum" starting from next year.

I think AA will not allow to move KLIA, if they allow, MAS don't have advantage.

They allow Marlindo to move KLIA on June this year as Marlindo have lesser flght compare with AA.

If they allow, how about KLIA 2, closed shop? impossible.

MAHB will finally get government to invlove & force AA to accept the "FACT"

I suggest AA go to build their own airport instead of depend on MAHB airport.

I predict AA will close more than RM3 by end of the year.

Next year target will even higher, may touch RM5 to RM6, depends on how good the profitability of the company.

With low price environment (below USD80) to be further till year 2018, aviation sector will still have good margin plus AA increasing load factor, 2017 result may even better than 2016.

I also hope the AA management can maintain the dividend pay out ratio to be more than 25%.

AA is currently still stand at very attractive RM2.80 level. Buy now before it fly. if wait for Catalyst, is sure too late, fund manager will sure buy first before their TP given.
