Hi Philan, the question is, why would someone jack up the price to 4.50 for these employees to exercise the ESOS and sell the shares?

My guesstimate is that RM 3 could be the high side of the fair value.

If next quarter earning is bad, then the bonus might be less attractive. If the result is very good, then the price might break RM 3.

I think 2.70 is a fair price. I believe annualized EPS 30 sen per year is achievable and sustainable. The warrant is to prevent some late joiners from buying cheap and partially because insiders have excessive cash to re-invest.

Based on this understanding I think majority of existing shareholders are still in a comfortable position to decide either to stay or exit in weeks or months to come.

Technically, the chart shows that sellers have an upper hand, but there is strong support at RM 2.75 to RM 2.77. I guess the management has confident to pay higher dividends so that yield remains attractive at 4-5% after bonus issue to support the share price so that warrant will be still attractive. As such, I think following months the price have strong support at around RM 3 before bonus issue and RM 2 after bonus issue. Please share your thoughts also. Opposite opinion is welcome.

Look at the size of the fund that BPPlas is going to raise through the warrants. It is about the same size in term of the value of existing property, plant and equipment in total. Looks like BPPlas has a plan to double the output in long term plan and possible 50% expansion in short to mid term plan. So I guess business could be so good that massive expansion is required. Well, I could be wrong. I hope that someone who has more information is willing to share here.

Hi Localmotive, if he really want to sell, he can sell all in a single day. Selling bit by bit on different days could be an intention to catch attention. Just my wild guess. So we should do the opposite, which is to hold. It is golden age of smart audio and speaker from 2021 to 2025. Sonos has a plan to double her revenue by 2024. Other players such as Sony also aim for double digit CAGR. Therefore, holding or even slightly increase the shareholding should be something wise to do. But if your cash flow is stretched, it is also good to sell part of your shares so that you wont feel so stressed out as the price fluctuates.

Uchitec price is supported by its dividend. Expecting sustainable dividend of 18 to 19 sen annually and increases in future at single digit rate. This is a "bond share". We shouldn't expect Uchitec to grow as fast as semicon company because it is not one.

Hi Jeffson, I'm not sure who's #1 and 2. But I'm very sure Wistron is #3, by analysing a few figures in the quarter report. And I guess Roland and Sonos could be #1 or 2. Both 3 customers experience tremendous growth in revenue y-o-y especially Roland and Sonos revenue grew more than 50%. However, these companies sell not only speakers.

12 sen + is still good because one month + lockdown. As I said, the market is here in Malaysia and is not running away from Yamaha. No worry. This is just a winding path to return to EPS RM 0.90 - RM 1.00 annually (excluding Q1 2022). Therefore, good opportunity to collect at current price or till early December before the next good news is out.

Good time to collect the shares from now till early December.

And expecting EPS to be able to maintain 24 sen annually next year. Reasonable?

There are 6 factories under Liihen Group. It is not surprising if some of these had completed the vaccination slightly earlier.

Although the business will recover as soon as the workers are vaccinated and back to work by mid of September, the price will recover only by end of this year or early next year because the report comes later than the change / progress.

I guess it is close to the time to re-open, probably on 1st Sep. Maybe government will seize the opportunity to announce the permission before the National Day.

If this started from 02 Aug, based on this rate, by end of August all of the 30k over workers in Muar (all furniture companies) would be able to receive 1st dose and and about one third of these will complete 2nd dose.

This fiscal year should be able to achieve EPS RM 0.90 +/-.

Base on sales figure, next quarter report EPS should be higher y-o-y but achieving less q-o-q.

Negative side of this stock is that its profit is hit by the lockdown. Positive side of this stock is that it is not going to loose the market share (future sales) because it generates most of the income from domestic market. It will survive this pandemic, may distribute less dividend this year but EPS should be able to recover in next Fiscal year. If you're holding this share, your investment should be safe but may have to expect less dividend this year.

I think Uchitec will stay at RM 3++ for quite a long time. This is a dividend share and you can expect dividend of RM 0.18 per share each year for the next 5 years. This dividend yield is almost 3x the current FD rate, so to have part of your money invested in this kind of stock for steady stream of cash flow is a good strategy to stabilize the entire investment portfolio while you allocate the rest of your money in more adventurous shares / business.
