The valuation was nta of pmh plus revaluation surplus of assets . The deal was aborted due to SC rejection over pmsecurities. With the coming divorce settlements, kkp is even more willing to sell any of the subsidiaries if offers come in. Look at pmholding share price when the sale was announced at 12cts, it shot up to over 40cts. Taking a look into pmcorp or muiprop may not be such a bad idea.
