Knm acquired Borsig for around 1.6 billion and there was rumors that Borsig will be listed in Singapore for around 1.7 - 1.8 billion some years ago .
By dividing 1.6 billion against the paid up shares of 2.30 billions , Borsig is worth 0.697 per share without taking into consideration the impairment of assets .
Unless KNM can make a Profit after tax and minority of at least 350 millions , or EPS of 15 sen , it is very unlikely for its share price to hit above RM 2.0 in the next one or two years .

Under the INCOME TAX ACT 1967 , only income derived from Malaysia is subject to income tax . Gains on disposal of shares or subsidiaries are normally treated as capital gains and are not subject to income tax .

Queued to buy 100 k @ 0.20 for more than a year also can not get , not to mention @ 0.10 .

For all retail buyers who have suffered losses in oil and gas counters over the last few years , it is the time to buy Sapnrg , Armada , Velesto , Uzma and few other oils and gas counters to recover some of your losses .

Armada has paid up shares of 5.877 billions and SAPNRG has paid up shares of 160 billions , th current shares prices are closed to historical low . If they are going to close close shop , their shares price movements won't be traded like this for the past few months . Their shares price movements are similar to Renong or UEMLAND or Uemworld or Uems. . It means they are accumulating .
If they are going to close shop , their shares price movements will be like Sumatec , Perisai , Saag , Seasera , Barakah , Pecd , pilecon and many others .

Sapnrg hit 1.03 on 9 Jan 2018 and hit 0.895 on 14 May 2018 .

Renong below 0.40 at the beginning of 1999 , before Sept 1999 , pushed up above RM 3.0 With very high volume . Later changed its name to Uemland , beginning of 2006 below 0.40 , before year end of 2007 , shot up to around RM 5.00 With very high volume also . It doesn't matter , if can not hit 1.30 , 1.20 or 1.10 also can take profit .

After they accumulated enough , the price will go up . Like KNM and KNM-WB .

If you buy 10 millions Sapnrg @ 0.30 , cost of investment around RM 3 millions and 10 millions Sapnrg -warrants @ 0.11 = RM 1.10 million , total cost of investment = 4.10 millions , After one or two years , Sapnrg hit RM 1.70 , and Warrant hit RM 1.30 , then you will have RM 30 Millions .

KNM had written off impairment of assets , shares price was pushed up from 7 sen to 0.325 within few months .

HWGB had right issue at 10 sen with free warrants when it's share price was hovering below 20 sen in 2010 . During Chinese New year in 2011 , its share price was pushed up to 1.00 just within a year . Last year consolidated 4 became 1 .

So for Sapnrg , they have to push up at one time even the company can not perform anything .

According to the statement made by the Chairman in Annual Report 2019 , he said at the end of FY 2019 , net gearing ratio reduced from 1.6 times to 0.6 times , the Group Will enjoy savings in finance cost of approximately RM 314 millions per annum . Cash and equivalents for the Group = 8,.098 billions as at 31 Jan 2019 .

According to TAN SRI SHAHRIL , compared to the previous year , we registered a 230 % increase in total contract wins for FY 2019 at RM 9.3 billions .our order book of RM 17.20 billions as at the end of FY 2019 , compared to RM 14.90 billions in FY 2018 and RM 16.70 in FY 2017 , was at its highest in two years and continues to grow today . Knm resistance 0.18 - 0.22 was cleared . Resistance 0.28 - 0.32 is in the process , but facing some difficulties . Once cleared , most likely can go to 0.38 - 0.42 .

KNM is not SUMATEC . SUMATEC has zero turnover for last quarter . KNM has more than 1.5 billions turnover for last few years . Before 2014 - KNM had turnover of more than 2 billions for few years . Now the company is more emphasize on recurring income .

KNM has long overdue for rebound and uptrend .
All the bad news had been factored in and it is undervalued . Most of the impairments had been written in the December quarter 2018 . The coming quarter results should give a very much better results . They have accumulated quite enough . The last press down in early March this year was to panic the retail buyers only .
If this quarter can give a 30 - 50 millions profits , the price can hit 0.38 - 0.42 . Hopefully .

KNM is one of the few counters in BURSA which is active for last few years . The only problem was too aggressive and highly geared ., but the future is looking good and the the boss is working hard to recover .

KNM's shares price had dropped from RM 1.10 since July 2014 until RM 0.07 on 18 Dec 2018 . In the quarter result ended 31 Dec 2018 , the company had written off impairments of assets . Latest quarter made some profit .
For those who has money , can buy 100,000 shares @ 0.21 - 0.215 .
The price will go up level by level , May be 0.19 - 022 , then 0.28- 0.32 , later , 0.38 - 0.42 , after that not much resistances . Be patient .

Anyhow , it is on uptrend , must buy and keep , contra is difficult .

For other O & G counters , If you buy one or two millions shares , the sharks will wait for few years until you sold off .

Time is running out ... after so many comments made by few persons for the last few months , it is quite obvious that Sapnrg will go up . One of the advantage that this company has is you can buy few hundred thousand shares , few millions shares or even 30 millions shares or even few hundred millions shares .

VC or formerly known as SKH , if you look at the movements fort past few years , they accumulate for very long time and normally push up for one or two days . After that , they distribute all the way for few years again .

Whether Armada or Sapnrg will be going to close shop within the next few years , we can refer to Sumatec from the movements of the price and the financial positions . Sumatec was pushed up from below 10 sen to more 60 sens some times in year 2014 and the share price dropped all the way to below 5 sens 2 years ago . The last and final round , it was pushed up from below 5 sens to around 13 - 14 sens within a very short period.
with the aim to distribute all the shares to retail buyers as we can see from the announcement that the main shareholders disposed off few hundred millions even at the price of 3 or 4 sens only ...

For those who buy at 20 sen and still not able to sell and make some profits after 2 years , don't be worried , all the major shareholders will be crying like hell .

From the comments gathered over last few months , we can roughly assume that we have a very high chance of making few times returns on our investment in this company over the next one or two years .
