Not aware of any news , may be cornered and just goreng only . Anyway , down side limited to 0.12 - 0.13 .

The sharks and major shareholders have collected almost enough . Since Jan 2011 , dropped from 1.00 to 0.12 ( if before consolidation of 4 become 1 , the price should be 0.03 only ) .

Govt may introduce new taxes such as digital tax , soda tax , inheritance tax etc but I think unlikely to impose capital gains tax on shares in this coming budget because it is more complicated , short of time and if there is losses on disposal of shares , it should be deductible .

Sometimes between end of November and beginning of December 2017 , the shares prices of SAPNRG were trading around 1.30 - 1.40 , someone could had over confident to say that the shares price of SAPNRG Won't fall below 1.30 , this could have misled a lot of retail buyers to jump in and a lot of them suffered huge losses .

Barring unforeseen circumstances such as crude oil price shoot up to USD 100 - 120 in one month and SAPNRG were awarded RM 50 - 100 billions in one or two weeks times , Sapnrg's shares prices most likely trading between 0.30 - 0.50 for the next few months . Worse scenario after right issue may be 0.20 - 0.22 . Sometimes rebound 0.05 - 0.10 , sometimes press down 0.05 -0.10 within T + 4 .

As long as we can take a small slide of the cakes is good enough . Nowadays , market can not move and less participation of the retail buyers is mainly due to the unwillingness to share the gains with retail buyers .

As long as the results are weakening , the rebound is just a technical rebound for redistribution again .

The main difference between Pinepac ( 1902 ) and Dutalnd is the sharks and main shareholders of Pinepac had cornered the counter few years ago , whereas A lot of Dutalnd's shares still in the hand of retail buyers.
You can notice the daily volume traded for Pinepac for the last few years were very thin , most of the times less than 1000 lots , sometimes no transactions at all for few days .
The transactions for the first 2 days almost theirs . Very easy to push up .
For Dutalnd , sale proceeds from disposal of land already received but still can not push up , the only reason is retail buyers still holding a lot of shares . The sharks very stingy and refused to give some to the retail buyers . Just wait .

For those who want to buy call warrants or put warrants , please be careful , especially issued by Mac more , most of the call warrants or put warrants are out of money , from the day of issue in the
day of suspension , only some issued by RHB., CIMB or Kenaga May have a little bit of chance or luck .

Public Investment Bank should have better access to the company's information . Based on the current trend of crude oil , the company's shares prices should have better upside .

The 70 % cost of recovery may only applicable to PETRONAS only .

@GM68 , I am not sure about the cost recovery of HIBISCS . The 70 % cost recovery is based on statement given by Azmin Ali in press statement . Based on your calculations , I think is reasonable , the only thing we are worried is there might be some unexpected expenses out of sudden .

Should be production sharing contracts ( PSCs ) .

Sabah and Sarawak insist they deserve more than the existing 5 % oil royalty with Sabah wanting 20 % and Sarawak saying they want to be included in PETRONAS's production -sharing contracts ( PICs) .

After deducting 10 % in royalty and 70 % in cost recovery , the remaining profit is still taxable under the PETROLEUM INCOME TAX ACT , which is 38 % of the gross profit .

The Corporation which is PETRONAS shall be subject to the control and direction of Prime minister .

Royalty payment in relation to petroleum in Malaysia is a hot debate topic in Parliament .

According to Petroleum Development Act 1974 , The entire ownership in , and the exclusive rights , powers , liberties and privileges of exploring , exploiting , winning and obtaining petroleum shall be vested in a corporation I.e PETRONAS .

In return , PETRONAS shall make a CASH PAYMENT to the government of Malaysia and the relevant states . It does not states the percentage .

Currently , the cash payment is 10% based on the gross value per barrel at market rate and has to be paid , regardless whether the oil and gas production is profitable .

The cash payment is shared equally between the
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and the respective state governments . This is my understanding .

If many retail buyers jumped in to buy yesterday at the prices of more than 0.60 and average down all the way to 0.45 , then T + 3 & Y + 4 , they will push down . If retail buyers mostly cut loss on T + 4 , then they may push up / technical rebound , then distribute again .

If retail buyers buy , they press down , if retail buyers sell , they push up within a range for some times . So , if retail buyers have money and have a little bit deep knowledge about the company , just follow the trend until there are some fundamental changes which will affect the performances of the company .

If you look at the tracks of the daily transactions , If seem unreasonable. Sometimes take seller 1lot ( 100 shares ) , sometimes take sellers few thousand lots or even few hundred thousand lots in a second . Majority of these transactions are theirs or among all the Macai , A to B , B to C , C to D and so on .

BURSA and SC should give more attention to misappropriation of funds , misleading accounts and misleading informations , related party transactions , more governance instead of small fluctuations in shares prices .

Nowadays , the sharks are more stingy , more afraid to goreng up and push down in a bigger trading range , so , A lot of retail buyers have given up , they went into properties and quick money scheme .

All other counters are traded in the same way , the sharks are using the same tactics , retail buyers buy , they will push down , retail buyers sell the will push up within a range , except in some special cases like take over , going to bankrupt etc .

The main reasons this counter not moving up are
1.) The sharks and the major shareholders have not accumulated enough , may be more than 150 millions shares still in the hand of retail buyers .
2) the sharks and the major shareholders are more stingy , they want to earn every single sen they can .
Those who have patient and money just hold tight will be rewarded .
If you look at PINEPAC ( 1902 ) , from Jan 2018 until 11 Oct 2018 , most of the times , the daily volume is less than 1000 lots . Sometimes no transactions at all for few days . Similar cases like FACBIND , GBLAND ( TANAMAS ) and LBS few years ago .
This means they have not accumulated enough , if they push up 30 sen , they will make less 45 millions [ 150 millions x ( 0.85- 0.55 ) ] .

For those who want to make a 30 - 50 % gain within a year , just buy . Fixed deposit only around 4 % . If you buy 0.55- 0.56 , and they press down , doubled average at 0.52 - if they press down to 0.42-0.46 , tripled average and hold until 0.72 - 0.75 , can make 30 % , if they don't push , just wait until they push .
After you make 30 - 50 % gain , then select another counter . If you can make 36 % return consistently every year , after 2 year , your capital will doubled , example , 10k become 20 k .

The operator of this counter is nothing great , just like ( TANAMAS ) GBHD in year 2015 and LBS in year 2013 . Glbhd was pushed up from around 1.0 - 1.8 after gain of disposal of land and same for LBS from 0.88 - 1.9 .
When a lots of retail buyers buy , they press it down , when retail buyers sell , they will push up .
Anyhow , for this counter , they have to push up , they dare not to push down again to RM 0.40 and below . For FACBIND , they push up the price from 0.65 to 1.20 within one or two weeks only .

Not point's target , it should be PUBLIC Investment's target price .

For the past few months , the lowest range around 0.75 - 0.80 , and last few weeks around 0.88- 0.92 , indirectly it means the down side risk is between 0.88 - 0.92 . For the next 2 -3 months , If you were caught 1.01 - 1.03 , you can double average between 0.92 - 0.94 and wait for it reach your target of 1.18 - 1.22 or even higher as POINT's target price .

A hundred percent sanctions impose on IRAN would mean a shortfall of supply of around
700, 000 barrels per day ( excluding the demand from China and India) . IRAN produces more than 2 millions barrels per day .

For the next 2 - 3 months , any Sharp drop is an opportunity to buy and hold or average down .

There is a very high probability US will impose sanctions on IRAN as IRAN is working with Russia and Syria . Russia has only one navy base in the world that is in Syria only .

Trading at 7.0 with paid up shares of 3.32 billions , means the market cap is more than 21.0 billions . Unless the company can maintain its profits with a compounded growth rate of more than 20 % for the next few years , for a investment in a company with a PE of more than 50 times is too adventurous .

When SUPERMX was traded around RM 4.70 and was awarded some best awards few years ago , The shares price dropped all the way to around 1.60 few years ago , same for TOPGLOVE and MUDAJYA . So , when the shares prices were pushed up few times from the low , we have to be careful .

Harta was traded between 2.1 - 2.5 ( adjusted price for Bonus issue of 1 for 1 on 23 March 2018 )
from 8 Nov 2016 - 8 May 2017 .after that it was pushed up to the highest of 7.45 yesterday .
Trading at a PE ratio of more than 50 times . A PE ratio of 50 means If you invest at a PE of 50 , you need 50 years to recover back your principal only on the assumption that the profits are same for the fifty years , sound funny .
Unless you are the boss and you are 100 % sure your company's will grow at a compounded
rate of more than 20 - 30 % for the next 5 - 10 years . PE ratio is also a factor to consider for your investment .
Same cases like Mudajya was traded more than RM 5.0 more than 5 years ago , other cases like HENGYUAN , PETRONM in last year .

Better deduct 60 millions out of the 70 millions remuneration to employ 60 senior management staff to help to run the company .

Opening , bad sign .

The proposed rights issue of 9.99 billions @ 0.30 with free warrants will change the range of trading , hopefully not like Velesto ( UMWOG ) , but seems likely . Have to be careful .

Sometimes goreng kaki not powerful enough , they need to accumulate bit by bit , every sen count ,
Until they have accumulated almost all , then only they will push up faster because only few retail buyers still holding . When they have pushed up to their target price and want to distribute their shares , the range of up and down will become larger and more volatile .

If results are good , , slowly , slowly can go up to 0.28 - 0.32 .

The major shareholders and the goreng kaki have accumulated enough to push up .

Let assume the sharks , major shareholders and funds managers are holding more than 4billions shares of this counter , if the company is going to bankrupt , they will find way to recover as much money as they can . So , they need to push up and down daily to distribute their shares . They won't be so easily Just let the price drop to 0.04 - 0.05 without retail buyers' buying , like that they have to suffer loss of 2.2billions
( 4 billions x ( 0.60 - 0.05 ) ) . Without the retail buyers' buying along the down trend / distribution path , they themselves will close shop first .

The worst scenario for SAPNRG is like THHEAVY and PERISAI .Even if like THHEAVY , the shares price dropped to 0.06 also rebounded to 0.26 two years ago before it dropped again to 0.06 again on 10April 2017 and rebounded to 0.14 on 27 Oct 2017 .
The second bad scenario may be like VELESTO dropped to 0.28 and rebounded to 0.38 before right issue and then dropped again to 0.28 on 19 Dec 2017 and rebounded to 0.48 on 9 Jan 2018 .
Later , dropped again to 0.215 on 6 April 2018 ,
and rebounded to 0.325 on 16 April 2018 . So there are few rounds up and down .
For the case of SAPNRG , it won't be dropping all the way from 0.60 straight away to 0.04- 0.06 without any rebound .

Most likely the sharks just want to maintain the shares prices at the range between 0.58 - 0.62 . At this moment , I think the big sharks just ask their small MACAI or small sharks to control the price and at the same time let the small MACAI to cari Makan for their daily pocket money .

Anyhow , if you catch a right counter with a lower cost of purchase than the goreng kaki and the counter is undervalued , good future prospects , sharks and major shareholders are accumulating , be patient , surely you be the winner , ultimately they have to push up .

Nowadays , many goreng Kaki for small and medium capital companies , all become
ball- less , not like those days second board bull run , they just push up and down few times a day , like Timbermaster , dropped from 23.00 to 17.00 within T + 7 , T + 8 jumped up to 23.0 again and many other counters .
Nowadays , they will collect almost or cornered the counter , then push up 30 % , 50 % or 100% or more than on their muscle and the story .

A buy call or a promotion to buy a good or deep undervalued counter to retail investors is indeed a good job done for retail buyers . The only thing is the retail buyers have to do their homework and to make their own decision .

For 0.035 - 0.04 , down side risk is very much limited , and there is a good indicator , very thin volume , this indicates that major shareholders and sharks are not selling in view of the company is going to bankrupt same as HUAAN case . The question is when Will it starts to move up ??
