All pure plantation stocks are very easy to predict their quarterly financial result.
What you need to do is monitor the monthly production report and monthly MPOB CPO market price to derive at quarterly revenue and estimate NP.

Definition: Intrinsic value is the Present value of the investment of all the expected cash flow over the lifetime discounted at the appropriate discount rate.

Intrinsic value = (CF1/ (1+d)^1) + (CF2/(1+d)^2) + ----- +(CFn/(1+d)^n)

Where:
CF = Cash Flow in the Period
d = Discount rate
n = The period number
This Intrinsic value is actually a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)
Example of intrinsic value is then the Sum of DCF expected cash flow from varies business streams/Divisions.

geary mind telling us what will be the free cash flow of ech division for you to derive at capA intrinsic value of:
Estimated: US$4B.!?

By the way where will capital A international get it profit and how much profit per year?

However, Brand AA is a RM2 paid-up capital with zero revenue and Fleet Consolidated Pte Ltd is a newly incorporated company that has yet to file annual returns or financial statements (read also as no revenue).

So 2 shell companies with zero value shall have a 'indicative valuation' of US1 Billion when listed in Nasdaq?!!!

BTW Aetherium Acquisition is also a 2 man show company with non-clickable filings

Chemical market overcapacity and weakening demand: a perfect storm
Following several years of significant investment in production capacity in China, a perfect storm is hitting the chemicals market, as increased global capacity meets weakening demand. The global oversupply of petrochemicals is expected to hit a record 218m tonnes in 20231 and China is continuing to add capacity, with almost 140m tonnes expected to come onstream in 2023, well in excess of previous years.

Against the backdrop of a worsening macroeconomic outlook and a strong US dollar, chemical market participants are having to contend with an unprecedented level of uncertainty within the industry.

In the third quarter of 2023, the Construction division reported lower revenue of

incurred in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

contribution to RM2.8 million, from RM2.0 million achieved in the previous year's
corresponding quarter. This division reported loss before tax of RM10.1 million,
compared to loss before tax of RM9.6 million in the third quarter of 2022 mainly due
to higher interest cost incurred.

Orderbook of 362 aircraft to be delivered over the next 12 years, beginning 2024. Of the 362, financing is secured for 73 aircraft through Sales and Leaseback (SLB) arrangement with several lessors.

What will happen if CapA fall to secure financing for the balance (362 - 73) = 289 aircraft?

A redundant programme

I also think that there is no necessity for TVS to organise any Christmas programme in Sarawak as there are many activities and events planned by the Christian churches every year. Most of these events are also covered by other tv stations.

For example, the popular Christmas parade in Miri, with thousands of Christians in attendance and the Inter-denominational Christmas Service in Kuching are held annually for decades. Almost every church, even those in the most remote of areas, will have Christmas services planned.

And who could forget the Muslim female officers of the police choir in Kuching, singing Christmas carols at regular intervals over the Yuletide season?

Christmas is always celebrated with much hope, joy, and love by the majority of Sarawak’s three million people, with many events and activities organised every year. I cannot see how another event organised by TVS will have any extra impact.

Finally, let me share these words of wisdom of the late Sarawak chief minister Adenan Satem, who had declared: “I will not tell you how to practise your religion. I am a Muslim and I try to be a good one. But I will not tell my Christian friends how to worship. It is their business.”

It is my fervent hope that such an unfortunate episode in the celebration of such a joyous and holy event as Christmas will not happen again in Sarawak.
