By the way do you know capA last RI is not an equity rights issue but a 7-YEAR REDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE UNSECURED ISLAMIC DEBT SECURITIES ("RCUIDS") paying 8% yearly interest with free warrants.

The reason is most likely no bank will accept capA shares as collateral to lend multi-million to Stony for him to subscribe for his RI entitlement.

Another former employee recounts how meetings were usually filled with sexual innuendo. Fernandes would comment on “whether someone had good sex in a week or if someone in the office would like to have sex with someone else.” These were meetings where both male and female employees were present, the person adds.

“He used it as a tool to add humor, to make a stressful environment less stressful, without realizing that it made people feel uncomfortable and was disrespectful,” the source adds.

Very often comments that were casually thrown around were sexist, misogynistic, or even misandrist, says one source. “We didn’t take offense to it probably because we got accustomed to seeing the intent behind those comments. It was expected that none of these comments were to be taken seriously.”

At times like this, employees ran the risk of not fitting into the culture that the management created if they “didn’t play along.” Looking back now, this source says it’s “beyond comprehension” how people put up with some of the inappropriate things that were said during meetings.

Fundamental analysis (FA)
Fundamental analysts study anything that can affect the stock's value, including macroeconomic factors (e.g. economy and industry conditions) and microeconomic factors (e.g. financial conditions and company management). The end goal of fundamental analysis is to produce a quantitative value (Intrinsic Value) that an investor can compare with a stock's current market price, thus indicating whether the stock is undervalued or overvalued. Fundamental analysis is a method of evaluating a stock in an attempt to assess its intrinsic value.

In summary Fundamental Analysis cover:

QUANTITATIVE
Financial data/ratio contain in current and past financial report.

QUALITIVE
Economy condition (Current and future)
Industry condition (Current and future)
Company management (Current and future)
Profit growth prospect (Current and future)
In short what many people term as Business Sense (BS) is actually the qualitative part of Fundamental Analysis. BS is subset of FA.

Definition: Intrinsic value is the Present value of the investment of all the expected cash flow over the lifetime discounted at the appropriate discount rate.

Intrinsic value = (CF1/ (1+d)^1) + (CF2/(1+d)^2) + ----- +(CFn/(1+d)^n)

Where:
CF = Cash Flow in the Period
d = Discount rate
n = The period number
This Intrinsic value is actually a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)
Example of intrinsic value of INSAS is then the Sum of DCF expected cash flow from varies business streams.
For INSAS financial assets rich case, it is my opinion that the liquid assets minus total liabilities should be added to this intrinsic value.

Stony deserved an Oscar as best Bollywood/Bolehland actor of the year 2023 award.
He told you PN17 is just accounting issue. You believe

He told you capA has engaged RHB Investment Bank to assist in the formulation and/or evaluation of possible proposals with the aim of developing a proposed regularisation plan to regularise its PN17 condition. In addition, the Company has also engaged the following advisers for the formulation of the aforementioned regularisation plan:
1. Messrs Adnan Sundra & Low as the Due Diligence Solicitors;
2. Deloitte Corporate Advisory Services Sdn Bhd as the Independent Valuer;
3. Messrs Ernst & Young PLT as the Reporting Accountants; and
4. BDO Consulting Sdn Bhd as the Internal Control Reviewer.
You also believe but all those kingmen keep postphone submitting the PN17 regularisation from Jan 2023 to July 2023 to Oct 2023 and now to 31th Dec 2023.

He told Bursa acquisition with undisclosed sum to “increase effective stake from 40% to 100% in Philippine Air Asia” that transfers about negative equity of RM 2 billion from Non-controlling interest to Shareholders’ equity and about RM 1 billion addition accumulated losses is below the threshold that warrants immediate announcement.
Bursa also believe.

He told theedgemalaysia According to sources, the proposed disposal of Capital A’s aviation assets to AAX will proceed, despite recent events
Theedgemalaysia also believe.

He has taken what is rightfully belong to capA aviation to CapI
Capital A International shall be made up of Brand AA Sdn Bhd and Fleet Consolidated Pte Ltd
Both Brand AA and Fleet Consolidated are newly formed subsidiaries and do not have any revenue.

Brand AA is a brand management company. It is the registered proprietor for all the rights under the AirAsia brand. Under a master brand licensing agreement dated May 31 this year, Brand AA has the right to collect royalty fees from AirAsia Aviation Group Ltd, Capital A’s aviation division.

Fleet Consolidated, meanwhile, will primarily be responsible for the procurement and delivery of the requisite aircraft for the aviation group based on the agreed allocation plan.

And merged with Aetherium Acquisition Corp (“Company”) (Nasdaq: “GMFI”) for USD 1 billion
You also believe.
Note: GMFI mkt cap USD 69.99million and was granted the extension until November 20, 2023 to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing rule as it relates to the failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the Quarter-Ended March 31, 2023, and June 30, 2023.

Now you ask why so many people fall for scams? Is it because human nature like to just believe?
When can people see the reality that capA is an insolvent company and Stony is just trying to grab even a garbage bag to still afloat for a while longor

Please allow me to point out:
