Any reasons why should I advise people to buy a PN17 company at 60 cents?
StartOfTheBull If you scroll back to his past comments he didn't advise to buy at 60c.
For the regularisation deadline for Capital A it is 7July 2023. You can check the company announcement on Bursa website

My advise is sell and wait for Fernandes' to submit restructuring plan to stock market regulators in late April.
AirAsia X has until April 28 to submit its restructuring plan to stock market regulators. While Capital A's deadline is not until July, Fernandes said the plan to be submitted in late April will address the restructuring of both concerns. He argues that the PN17 status is mainly about disagreements over accounting standards and does not reflect fundamental solvency issues

Just transfer CapitalA net liabilities of 10 billion to AAX and write in a 20 billion goodwill as non current assets in AAX Balance Sheet then magically both CapitalA and AAX NTA will become positive.

AAX will take over CapitalA aviation assets and liabilities by issuing billion of AAX to capitalA. The valuation of CapitalA aviation assets and liabilities which is in negative billions will be neutralised by billions in intangibles/goodwill valuation generated by its brand and existing market position.
Stock market analysts say the key to the restructuring will be how Capital A's assets are valued when they are taken over by AirAsia X. Much will depend on how intangibles such as the company's goodwill generated by its brand and existing market position are calculated.

While Capital A's deadline is not until July, Fernandes said the plan to be submitted in late April will address the restructuring of both concerns. He argues that the PN17 status is mainly about disagreements over accounting standards and does not reflect fundamental solvency issues.
Not surprisingly, Fernandes also expressed complete confidence that the restructuring will allow both companies to emerge from the PN17 designation. But even his own description of the plan, which is necessarily limited because of regulatory constraints, underlines the complexity of the exercise. It will likely involve the breaking up of the two companies into four separately listed entities, he said, one of which will oversee all of AirAsia's airline operations.
That would be a difficult trick to pull off in the best of times: Doing so while carrying billions of ringitt of negative shareholders' equity, as AirAsia's parent Capital A does, will be what even Fernandes himself calls an "incredibly complicated process." Capital A's negative equity amounts to 5.8 billion ringgit, according to Samuel Yin Shao Yang of Maybank Investment Banking Group in Kuala Lumpur.

Analysts note, however, that the plan must address the fact that Capital A's shareholder equity is deep in negative territory, the main reason the company entered into PN17 in the first place

Lesson number 1.
Reading financial reports is simple as mathematics ke?
ANS: No mathematics is required to read financial report as all data are presented to you. But you must have some knowledge on the important ratio. You can read KCChong blog to learn more.
Example Current ratio
Current assets / Current liabilities
CapitalA as at 31/12/2022
Current assets: RM 2,154,295,000
Current liabialities: RM 11,221,798,000
Current ratio 2,154,295/11,221,798 = 0.19
It mean in the next 12 months CapitalA only have 0.19 dollar to pay for every dollar of its short term obligation and the short fall is a whopping net current liabilities of RM 9,067,503,000

China's State Council Information Office on Tuesday issued a report to expose the truth about human rights abuses in the United States.
Titled "The Report on Human Rights Violations in the United States in 2022," the report said the year of 2022 witnessed a landmark setback for U.S. human rights.
In the United States, a country labeling itself a "human rights defender," chronic diseases such as money politics, racial discrimination, gun and police violence, as well as wealth polarization are rampant, it said.
Human rights legislation and justice have seen an extreme retrogression, further undermining the basic rights and freedoms of the American people, it added.
Noting nearly half of U.S. states have relaxed gun restrictions, the report said the United States leads the world in gun ownership, gun homicide and mass shootings with more than 80,000 people killed or injured by gun violence in 2022. The past year marked the third consecutive year on record that the U.S. experienced more than 600 mass shootings.
Citing the example of overcrowded prisons where forced labor and sexual exploitation are commonplace, the report said the United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world and prison conditions are terrible.
The report also noticed the election costs have soared since donation limits were lifted in 2010 and again in 2014.
Political donations create an oligarchy. U.S. politics has been kidnapped by capital and there is a stable "money-return" relationship, according to the report.
The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination said in the concluding observations on the combined tenth to twelfth reports of the United States of America released on September 21, 2022, that the lingering legacies of colonialism and slavery continue to fuel racism and racial discrimination around the country.
Noting the increasing hate crimes and hate speech incidents in the United States in recent years, the report said racial discrimination is widespread, adding that racial inferiority and superiority complexes are deeply embedded in U.S. systems and have become "inextricable."

The United States has urged India to uphold its human rights obligations and commitments, according to the 2022 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices released by the Biden Administration on March 20.
The report cited significant human rights violations in India including alleged unlawful and arbitrary killings, challenges to freedom of press, interference with privacy, and violence targeting religious and ethnic minorities.
The report also mentions that a lack of accountability for official misconduct persisted at all levels of government in India, contributing to widespread impunity. Among the significant human rights violations in India in 2022, as per the State Department, are unlawful and arbitrary killings, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by police and prison officials, and harsh and life-threatening prison conditions.
It also flagged alleged arbitrary arrest and detention, unlawful interference with privacy, restrictions on freedom of expression and media, unjustified arrests or prosecutions of journalists, and enforcement of or threat to enforce criminal libel laws to limit expression.
The report also mentions restrictions on internet freedom, interference with the freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of association, restrictions on freedom of movement and on the right to leave the country, refoulement of refugees, serious government corruption, and alleged harassment of domestic and international human rights organisations.
